New assistant manager did everything possible resolve my issue The day I visited. The outcome was cumbersome, not her fault, but she hung in there with me. Much appreciated.

Franklin still works here! There’s only one person that’s almost as great as Franklin and she’s nice and knows the business. It’s nice going into the corporate store and knowing as a Verizon Call Center Representative that this location doesn’t screw anyone over! Great work you guys! It’s also nice that I don’t have any problems and I come here only when I need something which is once or twice a year. Everything else besides upgrading or adding a line I do online. But when you upgrade or add a line in the store it’s nice to know that you don’t have to travel far to get business done just incase you need a fast return and I haven’t returned anything yet! This location, I feel, has the most durable devices that lasts for many years to come ☺. See you guys in a year or two! And thank you for the wireless charger and all of my accessories! I can do so much with them. Keep up the great work 👍

After experiencing a pretty major malfunction with my phone, I was very pleased with the level of service I received at the store. I ended up spending probably three hours in the store with Bre, and she was great the whole time. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find a solution, but the level of commitment and customer service I received was awesome, and very much appreciated. Thanks, Bre!

Customer service at it's best. Someone to greet you at the door and an expert to address your problem. New phone with new number, dead old phone with number needed to be recovered. Old number with another carrier. A big thank you to Mr. Duffy for saving the day -- and a whole bunch of data!!

Fast friendly service. Always helpful in selection of devices they give impartial advice on devices and never try to push you into a specific type. We were adding a line and getting my mother in law her first smartphone. They listed to my requests and directed me only to the devises that fell in my desired range. They did of course offer the bundle package upsale but went pushy about it. They are salespeople after all so that doesnt bother me. I hate when they try to push you to something you specifically said you didnt want.

Stopped in for phone upgrades for myself and my wife. Mathew was very helpful and knowledgefull on our phone needs
He put us with the right phones based on our individual uses. I would recommend Mathew and the store.

The gentleman and the star was very helpful and he helped me get my phone fixed after so many days he had so much patience with me I appreciate his help I wish I knew his name I forgot what his name was but he's a really good guy I guess he's the tech guy over there

It is a great place. Splendid. When I went to verizon they had a nice layout of the store, and a nice variety of electronics. They went from hotspots, to cell phones, to tablets. When I went I asked the question, "why doesn't my Internet work when I call?" And they new how to fix it almost instantly. So for that I thank you verizon. I would definitely recommend this place if you are having an issue with your smartphone. And if you don't have verizon, then you should definitely switch to it. It'll be worth it.

Very nice customer service representative and knowledgeable. They have G5 phones, and the service coming to this area in the future. At the moment it in beta/phase in major cities.

My phone would not show any incoming calls. Went straight to voicemail. The technical was very helpful and replaced my sim card.
