Great experience! Other reviews seem to be complaining about ridiculous "one-offs" that do no reflect the general experience. Sale prices are fair, and quality brands are everywhere. I got some new shoes here and I have been really enjoying them!

ASM (we didn't catch his name) found us to let us know they had a product in stock and other employee had just said they didn't carry. He not only did that, but then he helped us to save a lot of money and loaded the equipment into our car. Amazing customer service!!

Shawn and his team took care of us Denverites today as his store was the only one in the state with the bat we were looking for. They processed our return, let us use our promo coupon even though it was technically for a Littleton location, and were really friendly and helpful through the entire process. I appreciate them going above and beyond for my son and helping him fulfill his dreams of baseball domination!

Steven at the Colorado Springs store was super helpful. I'm a native Texan who planned on going zip lining but didn't expect the massive weather change. Steven helped me pick out the perfect outfit to stay warm and dry for my rainy zip lining adventure. Also, he found me the cutest purple hiking boots. I truly had a great experience shopping at this location.

We got a GT bike for our child here. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. They inspected the bike before we bought it and even helped in sizing the helmet. It’s not easy finding the right bike for your child but they went through the different bikes and options with no sale pressure. They wanted to find the right bike for our child and they did!! I like how they don’t just put anyone in the bike section as they hire people who know all about the products and safety features. They explained in detail the information that a family needs when you are just starting to bike. We plan on going here for our family biking needs in future. I highly recommend going here if you are looking to buy a quality bike that will last a long time.

Bought a bike from avery Keith and Makayla the bike lead. They both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes and were fantastic to work with. You are lucky to have 2 great associates.

Moderate pricing, Great selection of outdoor gear and wide selection of foot wear. They treated my son great, were paitent and went through several pairs of shoes with him, and made sure they fit well.

Very helpful staff when it came to finding just the right shoes for me. I walk everyday to work and they are a lot better than my emo phase converse shoes that have literally no traction whatsoever!
