I went into this location and I must say it was very nice and clean. I had the best experience at the Deli with a worker named Irma. She was over the top with her personality and very helpful with what I needed. I personally wanted to write her a review because she honestly made my day with her sense of humor and her customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

Well stocked and service store. Staff knows what and where everything is.

We loved shopping here during our 2 week stay in Palm Desert. Great prices, friendly staff, and very clean. Will definitely be back when we stay in the area again in late December.

This review is for Latoya Hankins. Came here today 1/17/24 & she was SO helpful & kind & down to earth. We live in a scary world full of fake, rude people and she is amazing. Stater Bros bosses I hope you see this and give her what she deserves. Gem of a human and employee.

Small market right outside Sun City Palm Desert. Due to this, parking lot is usually full.
The market is very clean with great produce and meat at decent prices. However, dry and canned goods are pricy when not on sale.
Also, no guest service counter and no self check lines mean longer slower lines. Checkers have always been friendly to me.
I like going here and often drop in for a few items. It's a bit pricy for my main shopping trip.

This is my new grocery store of choice! It’s close, they are always well stocked and not stocking while you’re trying to shop! They have the best meat counters. They are actually helpful and have full service. Unlike other stores in the area. The prices seem to be competitive, no complicated ads and coupons. AND, they actually have baggers at the checkout. Checkout lanes are always open enough where you don’t have to wait very long. I am trying to do all of my shopping here rather than run to several stores every week. However, I do hate the parking lot!!

I was impressed by the amount of cashiers that were avaliable to checkout customers. When I went into the store originally it was pretty busy and the lines were pretty long. By the time I picked up all my needed groceries I went to the front and all the lanes except one had attendants which was great. I was out of there faster then I was in the store. 5 star service to whoever schedules your cashiers... that person is on top of their game!

Always great customer service and very friendly. The majority of employees always have a smile on their face. This might be the only store where they are still happy to see customers come in a minute or two before they close up shop. This location is probably the cleanest inside and outside of the store.

The employees at this location make EVERY trip (with or w/o my son) awesome!!! They are so helpful, fun to engage small talk or jokes with... and so ready to help in every way, finding something, lifting heavy stuff in or out of cart/car... I love this location. 😎

Thanks for great service you all need compliments. However there this I don't know how she gets this job probably thru diversity hire she gave me some attitude just from me asking if the lane was available. Off course she's some supervisor and she Def feels has the right to roll her eyes. If your gonna be in the business of customer service do so! If I was being mean then I can take it back. But if your doing that attitude just cuz you want to then honey, you don't need this job. I was there around afternoon on a Friday getting lunch. State Bros. I know you have to abide from diversity hire but at least they to hire people that has great customer service. Thanks Byeee

High quality fresh food and employees go above and beyond. The produce guy (may have been the produce manager) his name was Julio, is a good example of the difference between mediocre and excellent. It was obvious he loves what he does. Thank you Julio!!

The store on Varner Rd is the most organized and most pleasant place to shop at I have ever experienced in my nearly 80 years. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The shelves are so well stocked and neat it is easy to find any product. As always the meats are the best. Neat clean wide isles make shopping a pleasure

Had to get some baby food for my granddaughter. First time in that store. Found the baby food. Was fully stocked and had no problem finding what I needed.
Went to check out, cashier was nice, friendly. He had to get some stuff behind a locked glass door. He knew right where it was. Good service

I have been here a few times now. The staff is very friendly and the store seems to be getting cleaner and cleaner which I appreciate. I'm glad they care about the store here because it's so convenient and easy to stop in for what I need.
