To Michelle This is impossible because before you leave the store I know for a fact they test everything that is sold And R Wood this has nothing to do with the store How bout giving yourself a 1 star rating Sounds like you are the problem The store is great with a good selection more than most . Yes a tad bit high in price but take in consideration. the location. If you went somewhere else you will pay more in gas for sure. And customer service is great very helpful and friendly.

Best place in the San Joaquin Valley for adult toys, etc. They are also very helpful! On par with Suzies, or even better at times! Great place!

Very limited selection of basic vanilla toys. They sold me a defective item that cost over $120. When I called the store regarding the issue they said I would have to mail the item along with my original receipt to the manufacture just to see about getting a warranty replacement. Way too sketchy for me.
