Josh is amazing... the manger Jaun did not port my phone correctly and 3 days later I was ready to cancel all together because Jaun and all 3 reps I talked to on the phone could not figure out how to fix it. Josh went above and beyond to figure out the problem and resolve it. Kudos Josh

Upgraded phone from 7+ to 15+ in store and all apps and data transferred wonderfully. Technical staff / agent very experienced and pleasant to work with! Kudos to Sandy and the Lodi team 😉

Had an amazing experience today with Marc. He was able to get us everything we needed within a reasonable time frame and an even more reasonable price. He was extremely patient the whole time, and him and his new manager Noe were constantly checking in and going over all details and costs to ensure we were satisfied and left happy. We are extremely appreciative of todays service.

I came to switch from Verizon after suffering from awful connection really anywhere in the surrounding 100 miles or so. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Rudy. He was very kind and VERY helpful. He answered all of our questions, helped us by telling us all the promotions they had going on, and even gave us information on the AT&T Fiber network that’s slowly expanding in Lodi. He also helped point out which items (we had to order some things online) would arrive soonest. The store manager Camilo also introduced himself to us and made sure we knew that he could always help us out if Rudy wasn’t in.

To me, this experience is what good customer service is all about. Thank you very much guys! I’m very happy with my decision to switch already.

I went in to upgrade my phone. I did not have to wait at all for a sales rep to assist me. My rep, Samantha, was outstanding. She assisted me in making the decision on which phone and accessories I wanted and saved me money on my bill. She was extremely patient and helpful. I wish everyone gave great customer service like she did.

The Manager, Basil was busy & brief but attentive. He assigned Karin to handle my & my wife’s needs. She was excellent, to say the least. Was on a work trip in Tahoe and thought we’d use the spare time to upgrade our phones. Walked in was greeted with a welcome but associate didn’t even get out of his seat. Looked around for a few minutes and decided this was not the store for us and we will take our business back to Lodi. Happy we did. Thanks Jay.

Alfonso and Karina were awesome! They were knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. They answered my hundreds of questions, and took their time to explain everything we wanted! Ask for them when you come in! They were amazing!!!

Stephanie was amazing, she addressed all of my concerns and helped me switch phone services. I got the iPhone and iPad I wanted in the colors I requested, she was also patient and very nice.

I came to get help with replacing a phone and a watch and Karam was great. He did everything he could to help us, he helped us remove a line we did not need, he showed us how to file for a claim for our devices. He was overall very helpful & nice.

Came in today 6/29/22 to pay my bill and I had a amazing experience with Samantha from the Lodi store. I was about time change carriers to Verizon but after talking to Samantha she helped me decide to stay here and continue my service. Thank you again Samantha!

Basil & Stefanie at the shop were very friendly and extremely helpful. Knowledgeable about everything ATT and gave fantastic customer service. We are happy customers.

Speedy service for sure

Sandy was the Representative that helped me and she answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and sold me the right product and also put me on the right plan. She also made me Aware of discounts that I had no idea we were eligible for. I am looking forward to having my new phone and the options available. All in all it was an excellent experience

Karina was absolutely fantastic!!! She set my phone up when I received my new Samsung and it works perfectly with everything transferred successfully!!! She is so amazing!!!! I will look for Karina every time I need help from AT&T.

Jimmy the manager was great to us as usual. We went in the store and there was a 30 min wait. All I needed to do was exchange a charging cord for my iPhone. He took me aside and did the exchange quickly as it only took about 1 minute. Customer service was amazing! Thanks Jimmy

Manager Shaheen provided phenomenal support, and I was impressed by his professionalism, patience, and thoroughness as we dove into the questions I had on my account. I had been offered a promo, and hadn't received it yet. Rather than just telling me that I would need to call customer service on my own (as many others may do), he took the time to find the promo with me, print the details for me (since it is now expired), call customer service with me there, and ensure that we sufficiently understood the reason I hadn't received it yet.Once we found the tracking code, he went the extra Walk to print that off for me as well for my documentation. He went above and beyond with all of the questions I had on my account,After i tell him im veterans Shaheen show me lots of respect and also i got good discount on my account ,I highly recommend this location due to the interaction I had with this store Manager .
