Very nice went in around 8:10 pm sweet lady told me to be careful since she mopped and I appreciate that the lady who rung me up was also lovely and even out my ring in a nice bag 10/10 would shop here again.

They went above & beyond today to make sure that I had exactly what I needed for my soft loc hair install. When I paid for the hair & had to bring it back in exchange for the correct type my stylist requested they really made my experience pleasant & assisted me in getting what I needed. Although they don't issue refunds only store credit or exchanges with your recepit on unused hair they made my shopping experience very pleasant. They were proactive & very kind in ensuring that I had superior service. I highly recommend this shop .

They don’t ever put prices on anything. That’s so annoying. I’m not finna ask how much something is everytime I pick it up!!

I would steer clear of this place if I were you. I tried to return an item bc it was too small for me and they refused to refund me and were extremely rude saying it was my fault for not knowing my size and telling me it’s common sense to look at the receipt for store policy before I try anything on. They let their greed come before customer service.
If you have items in your store that are final sale and are unable to be tried on to even see if it fits you, then you need to disclose that with your customers before they purchase the item. That is how you do business and they do a poor job at running their establishment. No wonder they have a 2.3 review score; it really shows by how they treated me today and for their unwillingness to help me.

The owner is VERY racist! She followed me from the time I walked in the store , I was so upset by her following me I confronted her she immediately denied following me after I recorded her every second of following me. Please don’t purchase any hair supplies. I couldn’t even look for my products in peace because I’m BLACK

Poor customer service. Do not honor the price tags shown for items. Would rather lose money rather than just honoring the prices shown. I will not shop here again.

I just purchased wax strips and wax remover for the skin. I never opened it, I bought it as is and they told me I couldn’t return it. They also don’t do refunds.
