I've been with Cricket Wireless for about a year. I live in the middle of nowhere in the woods and have not had any problems with my service my service always works.The customer service at the Newaygo location is wonderful they are always so nice and helpful. I would recommend Cricket Wireless to everyone.

This was my first time signing up with Cricket, and it was a fantastic experience! Nina and Desiree were very kind, helpful, and patient as I took a few days to decide, coming back to the store multiple times with questions. They were also bilingual! I overheard them speaking fluently in Spanish, which made me pleased to know this location caters to our diverse community in Newaygo. They were knowledgeable, answering my questions with ease, and made the process quick and simple once I finally made a decision. Desiree, in particular, was handling multiple guests at once during my final visit, staying calm, cool, collected, and attending to each customer in a timely manner. Absolutely, a great experience!"
