The UPS Store

A huge thank you to Chris for assisting me with an Amazon return. It was not an easy task for me. I started it out as a Staples return and Staples said the QR code wasn’t being accepted. I then called Amazon who changed the code to the UPS store. The code was still not being accepted by UPS. Chris went out of his way to do a work around and I was finally able to ship it. HUGE THANK YOU TO CHRIS!!!!!!! He was super friendly, super professional, and extremely helpful!!!!

The gentlemen here are efficient and ready to serve once you walk in! I’m always quickly greeted and know I’ll be in/out in a hurry. There’s a younger guy I’ve only seen a handful of times; he’s super friendly and very helpful.

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very thorough quick was reassuring that our package was well taken care of. Kudos to Chris what a pleasure to do business with sick a helpful, knowledgeable representative.

Above and beyond!!!! I have lived in Stafford since 2014 and have used the UPS on the corner of Rt. 1 and Hope Rd ever since. I have always received nothing less than professionalism from day one. Always pleasant, always helpful, and always friendly. I would go as far as to say this maybe the best UPS store in the state of VA! I recall when their internet was down and they could not process mail, they kept my package, took down my information, and processed my mail when the internet came back up and called to let me know. That is going above and beyond, and what the definition of what valuing your customers. Thank you for setting the bar so high and always making me feel welcomed. Means the world.

Just left the store and a lot of these recent reviews were extremely misleading, I went in there with nothing but what I wanted to mail and the guy running the place was super helpful. I don't ever write a reviews, but a lot of people seem to hate this place. Some of y'all might need a personality check.

The best service ever! I was able to get my package taken care with no issues! I was unable to print out my label and the gentleman there was as patient as anyone could ever be in resolving my label issue.

Great store! I mostly do Amazon returns, and they're always friendly & quick. Even when there is a long line, it moves fast.

Never had a bad experience here. I actually used to rent a mailbox here, too. They are quite busy most of the time, and may be short staffed in the past.

I have used this location several times and experienced quick, courteous service. Love that it is close to my sister's house, easy to get to and there is parking.

All the unreasonable people who come in the store wanting something shipped & find out how much it costs then walk out after wasting 10 minutes of my time & the store employees time , or
acting like the store owner needs to present some kind of miracle or something to help them out .

Extremely fast with handling my shipment. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Staff on hand were very courteous to me.

These people are fast, efficient, and fairly priced. I do all my packing and shipping with them. They're the best I've ever experienced.
