Goodwill Store - England Run

Clean store and friendly staff. Found a few treasures! Not too keen on some of their pricing however. I understand inflation but the fact remains their inventory is used and donated. Over pricing items benefits absolutely no one unless the products get purchased.

Always the same thing. There are never any nice cashiers at Goodwill. Today I went in and everyone was nice and very helpful! I was a shocked but more shocked bc the pricing was high, for free stuff 🤔 but overall I believe I got some things today at a good price. 😊👍

I cannot say enough about Amy at the GW in England Run. First, let me say, I think it must be hard dealing w/the public all the time but each and everytime I step into this GW, Amy is always there to greet me with a pleasant hello and smile. She makes you feel important and like she is glad to see you. Second, she is ALWAYS polite and helpful when I check out. I tend to buy a lot of glassware and I know it can be a pain wrapping and bagging. Amy always sees me coming and always goes in the back to get me a nice sturdy box. She never complains and always wraps my items carefully so they don’t break. Third and last, she always tells me to come back. She is just so pleasant and helpful. Ive been to other GWs in the area and at one got nothing but attitude from one of the cashiers. If you want a pleasant experience I recommend this GW where Amy will be there to always help and go the extra mile. Thanks so much Amy! I will be back!

I came just before closing on Dec 23. The staff was gracious and helpful anyway. This store had a lot of awesome merchandise at incredible prices. I'll be back!!

I've brought a lot of donation items to this store and have always been greeted kindly! I'm so grateful they are here! They do a lot of great things for the community!

I enjoyed shopping here. There was a good variety of items to choose from with very reasonable prices, and everything was well organized. The staff was great.

I always find some goodies here and most of the staff are kind and helpful. The clothing section isn't the best unfortunately nor are the shoes.
