The workers at this place are always so nice and joyful in the morning. The store is pretty clean and stocked👍🏻

Not the best CVS location. Very slow service.. mostly due to staff shortage..

I had one the Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. The pharmacy technician was very rude from the moment she helped me to the minute I left. She lied directly to my face saying the gate was going to go up in 5-10 minutes, when I arrived there at 8:37pm promptly.. she then gave me attitude and said she would do it I felt so uncomfortable the whole time waiting and no one else that was helped after me received any of the same rude unprofessional treatment that I did. I would never recommend that store in particular to anyone to get their medication for their self or loved one. She was clearly trying to provoke me to get out of character, which I wasn’t going to do. She had no name tag on and every time I come in the store when she’s their I dread being helped by her, i feel extremely discriminated against every time and tonight was the worst!

Try to avoid the drive thru window at CVS 202 & 73. Worst drive thru window customer service ever!!! Its always broken, closed or has the most rude people working there. Time for a new pharmacy

Had the worst customer service from a girl named tasia, she was on her phone the entire transaction like I was interrupting her day 🤔 Then had the nerve to give me attitude and an eye roll because my coupon was folded and told me not to fold it next time ..excuse me ! She needs to be retrained on correct customer service ASAP .
