I've used this location a bunch of times. All employees are nice and knowledgeable. The tracking service for the packages is also great. I have zero complaints. Much better services and far more reliable than USPS.

I’m lucky enough to live down the block from this UPS location and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I ship a lot of things and they’re always quick and professional. Amazing store with amazing staff!

I just wanted to take the time to list how impressed I was with the staff at this Store. Tyler in particular helped me answer all my questions in regards to getting my Passport renewed. These people handled a huge volume of customers very efficiently and were still attentive to me as I was going through the process.

I went to this location today with 18 boxes and Carrie handled it like a boss! I really appreciate her time, patience, and care of the packages. She was super professional. Also, when Carrie was working on the packages a lot of customers walked in and the UPS staff was on point! They made sure the customers were acknowledged and provided excellent customer service. This location has a great team! Keep up the work! You are appreciated!

The service here is legit A+. Friendly, fast, and highly competent. Tyler took care of notarizing my document swiftly, and was a genuine pleasure to chat with while he worked. I will definitely be doing all my office business here from now on. Kudos to staff and management.

The staff was very kind and patient especially since I realized I had missed the return date of an expensive wedding dress I ordered online. A staff member recommended I call the company and ask for an extension which was such a great recommendation because I was able to still return the dress. No wait, super easy process, thank you!!

I love this UPS store! I’m definitely that super needy, annoying, waits till last minute kinda customer and all of The staff here goes above and beyond to help you out. Amazon returns? no problem! Boxes, bubble wrap, tape? no problem! Shipping? no problem! Easy to deal w/ kinda customer? no problem! Super demanding like me? No problem! Not only best UPS customer service by far, but good luck finding service like this anywhere in town!

On top of the superb quality of service you get here, every staff member has some of the best product knowledge I’ve come across at any retail store in years (only next to myself)!I won’t be going anywhere else. Why?

The team here, including the manager (Darrell), is exceptionally nice and patient! I had a complicated issue and they worked with me for over an hour, reassuring me and staying positive. The guy with blue eyes and long, dark hair (Tyler) was very sweet and helpful! Both of them went out of their way to help me and I left with my issue resolved!

As I was getting out of my car to go into the store, another person was coming out. As he got into his car, he told his passenger that the guys working were the nicest UPS workers he'd ever met, and went on to to rave about the service he received. They were really great to me, as well. The UPS store is not usually a feel-good experience, but it was tonight, thanks to Tyler and Clay.

The store staff is great! The clientele loitering just outside the door, not so much. If your driving, don't leave anything ,other than the upholstery, visible in your car, lock the doors and make it quick. If you're on foot, keep your shoulder bag or purse closed, zipped, and secured to you, oh, and make it quick.

I just brought in an order of almost 50 individual boxes that needed to be individually labeled and shipped. Lori was incredibly helpful, detail oriented, patient and nice. I spent over an hour in the store as we worked through my order, and I can honestly say every person working that day was super friendly and kind to every customer, and to each other. Super great customer experience.

I hope that the public would see these recent negative reviews for what they truly are. Interesting that these negative reviews were received within such a short period of time from each other and just a few days after an employee was let go due to poor performance and integrity issues and not due to any medical situation. I can state that this employee informed us of his intent to find other employment and we agreed that he would be allowed to work until he found new employment assuming he performed his work appropriately and that he sought other employment within a reasonable amount of time. We subsequently hired a replacement employee. Days later this unhappy employee demanded to keep his job permanently. Having not made a decision yet on whether I was going to require my employees to get vaccinated for the safety of myself, my other employees, and my customers, this "unhappy" employee created the false impression that his performance review was due to his desire to not get vaccinated. It was entirely due to his job performance. Amazingly after wearing a mask while working for the last 11 months, he arrived yesterday to pick up his last paycheck without a mask and claiming to have a medical waiver which he held in his hand and refused to let me see. Again, this former employee has no integrity and clearly is seeking some sort revenge.
Again, I do hope that customers reviewing these comments can see them for what they truly are. It really is a shame that Google and the other online review platforms allow this type of action to occur.

Not the best location if you are not used to being in a big city like Denver, but once inside, it's a whole other world. This UPS Store is so nice and professional. I came to fax. Best prices in town and they don't charge differently whether it's long distance or local. They provide a free cover sheet. The person who assisted me was Athena. She was so nice, courteous, professional, helpful, kind, awesome customer service, pleasant, knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to this store if I ever need to utilize any of their services as well. The store was clean and seemed to have all the shelves stocked.

Darrell was very helpful and went out of his was to help me return an Amazon package even though he had technically just closed. Thank you, Darrell!

They all take a genuine concern in fulfilling my request and provide options whenever necessary. This site environment is friendly and each of them operates outside of the box to provide solutions.

I live close and use this ups store often. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Makes shipping and returning packages very easy. I have even used notary here which is a great service that they provide.

The young gentleman was very helpful and great customer service 😊
