At Home

The prices were great.In and outside of the store is well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful,outside parking is good/plenty of space between cars 🚘/suv .

I really love this store. I am there regularly and the staff are always pleasant. Yes, it can be a little disordered (and getting ready for the holidays a lot disordered) but that's part of the fun. I've had to do several exchanges and have never had trouble. It is one of the cleanest At Home stores I've shopped at.

First, I enjoy At Home. However, this location had such a range of selections! I've been to several At Homes stores, and this is my second best!

Too many wonderful things to look at. My granddaughter wanted everything. Could have another register open but I just had the misfortune of getting behind someone that was returning items.

You need to allocate about 3 hours to really go through all the stuff that they have in this place. It's huge.

They have everything! Allow yourself enough time to explore the whole store because it will take a while. They also have a lot of good fall, decorations out.

I love the Hoover store! I ordered items that showed available at the Trussville store and when I went in for pickup they informed me that only 1 item that I ordered was available. I had to place another order on the at home website and my card was charged but I never received an email confirmation and the store stated they never received my second order. Third try, I ordered more items from AtHome in Hoover and met Kyle and Steve! Kyle was very kind and patient: He called Steve for assistance to help me. Steve was super nice and helpful as well as patient! I’m so glad I was finally able to get the items I had been trying to purchase for a week! Thank you Steve and Kyle! Awesome customer service :)

Just discovered this store here in Alabama. Love, love, love it. And the employees are super nice and helpful.

Don't visit often but was able to find exactly what I needed.

You can find just about everything at this store and I have to keep myself away! They have a wonderful selection of throw pillows, and their holiday decorations are gorgeous and festive. I have some beaded table runners for Halloween and Christmas that are stunning. I also got a set of brown, modern end tables from this store at a great price!

Great place to buy home furnishings and deck furniture. Excellent sale prices. Friendly staff. Check them out, I recommend At Home. 👍👍

They have so much stuff to choose from. It's overwhelming but in a good way. I purchased solar lights and pots for my balcony. My only complaint is they should have a restroom in the front of the building because the place is so big.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hoover location. Since it was my first time at the store I had no idea of how large it really is, but to my pleasure I was assisted by a wonderful associate by the name of Shannon who was very knowledgeable of the products and areas in the store and made it easy for me to find all the items I needed. Thanks at home store for having an associate who really knows what's going on, I will be back and tell family and friends of my experience.

It's a nice place to shop ,but expect to be there longer than you expected, because they have so much beautiful stuff that you just want to see everything at soon you get there, I have found my Chimenea and the stand for it with a really good price.

This store has such a great selection! For the most part, the entire store is very clean and organized. All of the employees that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend the store!

I absolutely love this place. This place is on my list of places to go on a weekly routine. Yes, sometimes it’s messy and disorganized but that makes it even more fun. I love how everything is different from other places and they have the best deals. My only complaint is the bathroom, it’s clean but there is always a high pitched noise in there that gives you a headache and it’s always scalding hot...but overall a fantastic place to find great deals on unique stuff

I could spend soooo much time here. They had things I didn't expect to find like a cool toilet paper holder, just anything you could hope to find for your house

My favorite place in the world. This place has gotten a lot better with the stocking. It’s used to be messy and I would drive all the way to Trussville to comfortably shop but not anymore. I don’t know if they have a new manager or what but the floor is stocked very neatly now. And everybody has always been nice here.

I love At Home. They have a huge selection for all rooms inside your home and anything outdoor. I can always find something cute! Some of their stuff can be pricey but mostly they have fair prices and good quality products.

It was my first time shopping there and I was in love. I was like a kid in a candy store. The prices are kind of high, but they have everything. The store is really big so ware walking shoes.
