AT&T Store

Melissa was incredibly helpful in upgrading my phone and working through some things with our bill. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with an AT&T salesperson and I would love to have her be my salesperson every time! Can not recommend highly enough!

My feedback would definitely be a 10 out of 10. The rep that helped us is named Joesph, he was really knowledgeable and helpful! He was pretty cool. Even made sure to help show us different was to lower our monthly bill to save on money! In conclusion, we had a positive visit to this AT&T store.

Came into the N High Point store tonight & am now leaving extremely pleased at how PERFECT everything went. Joe is 1 of a kind - very knowledgeable, & they had the devices I wanted He & Madison made sure my purchases went smooth! Keep it up!

I love this store. I live in Lexington and there is a store right next to my house, but I will drive here to this location because they are competent and find the best deal for you. I have been dealing with this location for over 5 years now.

Fast and courteous staff, very friendly and help you make the decision that's best for you and your needs..., not their commission. I suggest AT&T to all my friends and family, particularly this location.

Melissa Lance is customer service at its finest! She worked with me for five hours on the phone with two other carriers trying to fix the mess they had made with my phone. The next day she put in two more hours of her own time! Who does that?!!

She checked in during my vacation and hers, and was able to find the solution when others gave up. Tenacity, perseverance and great problem solving skills wrapped up in a great personality! I am so thankful for her hard work!
