My wife ordered a new iPhone 15 online and had nothing but trouble when she activated it herself. We decided to go to the Verizon store in High Point for help. Brian the manager of this store was patient and spectacular. He was able to fix my wife’s phone problem and we are happy. I definitely recommend this store.

Marie C. And Jacob are 2 young, hard working individuals I observed in the 30 minute wait I had at Verizon. I was first greeted by an older gentlemen, and he told me there would be about a 30 minute wait. What i observed in this wait was the 2 young people which names i mentioned in the beginning was doing exceptional work, the older black male seemed to be frustrated but that shouldn’t affect work as he is in customer service. I’m a tempered youngin myself so if I feel/sense tension i don’t want to deal with someone because we might go back and forth with heated words and it’s not worth it so i try and advoid those situations. Those 2 young ppl however deserve a raise, promotion and everything else they desire. Awesome fast/friendly service from them 2.

The team in this store is too tier. From the two lovely representatives Marie and Lindsey, to the manager Paula. Marie stayed on the phone for almost two hours trying to troubleshoot an issue T-Mobile created during my transfer of service, she remained cheerful and professional. No complaints here, y’all rock. Give them all raises.

I have always got outstanding service from this branch in high point North Carolina especially from Brian Hanks he's extremely friendly very knowledgeable and I would wreck anybody to go see him. I would like to pass on to his supervisor what a terrific employee he has in Brian. Everyone in the branch has been helpful but he's the most knowledgeable person I've ever met on cell phones. I've been with this company since the all-tail days and I stay with them because you employ people like Brian

I have never been to High Point let alone this store, but I have been a Verizon customer for quite some time. My cousin has a phone on my acct and the phone was stolen here in VA a month ago. We called and got a replacement and everything was fine. Then today I got a phone call from Brian Jang at the High Point Store. He explained that a nice Samaritan found the phone and returned it to the store. He then proceeded to get my info and offer to send the phone to fed ex. He was so friendly, helpful and polite. This was the best experience I have with a Verizon rep every. I don't live in the area but I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area. Ask for Brian :)

Meredith was super helpful. I needed a gps Tracker for a vehicle. She was able to assist and also help me get it installed and programed.

Excellent service and everyone is nice and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait because they are busy. They all step in and help each other.

The in-store technicians were great I take care of the problem that I had for the last 3 days of trying to get a new phone activated. But I cannot say too much about calling in to Verizon to getting the problem solved. I had called five times and talked to technicians and was hung up on the phone two times. I was very upset when I got to the store but they reassured me they was able to take care of the problem and after two and a half hours they did.

Cust Rep Mike or Michael a.k.a. Kwas was great and soooooo patient with us unlike the other experience we had at a previous store. He really was so helpful making sure we was taken care of he's #1!!!! Great asset to the company!!!

The store was great, the outcome of my visit not so much. My issue is with corporate this store is always professional I will go back at some point.

After 3 abysmal years with Sprint, we returned to Verizon. Great plans, great phones, and absolutely fantastic service from David Tuller. He explained everything and delivered exactly what our family of 4 needed to stay in touch!

A gentleman named Mike was amazing and helpful, he took the time to help us even my elderly mother calmed down and relaxed because of his smiling face and he made her feel like her and her business was appreciated.
