GREAT Service. Cheerful, helpful and efficient!
I was in several times Jan thru Feb 2024 and service was excellent. They were cheerful even when I messed up and gave them an item with the wrong return bar code. They corrected it quickly and with no visible expressions of shaming me (No Frowns or groans) - at least until after I left the store :D!

My husband sent a package via UPS to our son and accidentally threw out the receipt with the tracking number. When our son didn’t receive the package on the expected date we thought all hope of tracking our package was lost. We stopped in to the OIB UPS store and the associate behind the counter assured us he would try to help us, which immediately made us feel less stressed. He tried one method to find the tracking number to no avail, but his coworker Timothy overheard our discussion and came over right away to show him how to find the tracking number another way. He was able to tell us exactly where the package was and when to expect it (turns out we had the ETA wrong) and printed out the tracking number for us. We are so grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Timothy and the gang at the OIB UPS store. As someone who has worked with the public for decades, I always appreciate outstanding customer service. UPS should consider themselves lucky to have these small business owners representing them.

I want to give a 5 star shoutout for the guy who runs this store. I had a “no box, no label” amazon return today and found the owner out front with his customers demonstrating a new self-service station for returns. He patiently assisted each customer on how to scan their QR codes, print label, and attach to shipping bag. I commend him for his adoption of this new technology and for recognizing the need to do some “training” with his customers. I had a bad experience here last year. It may have been him or it may have been me but I admit everyone has a bad day every once it a while. This guy is really trying so I think his customers should too.

Had such a wonderful experience at this store. Came in with about 7 amazon returns as we are driving back to NY and didn’t want to carry the returns back, and Timothy (the manager) was so patient and nice to us! UPS is so lucky to have him. Definitely would recommend this store 10/10!

Great experience again at this location shipping my luggage and other items back home to NY after ending my summer vacation and before flying home from Wilmington this weekend. Tammy and Gregg were most helpful during my visit. I visit this location often while visiting family in the area. They have also helped me previously with printing and notary services.

I saw the previous review and I am also from Massachusetts. I had too many things to fit in my suitcase from my great week in OIB. I just received the packages today and was so impressed with how everything was bagged, wrapped, separated, etc. I would recommend this store to anyone because of the great service we received. We were visiting from Texas for a month and I had to do some Amazon drop offs a few times. The staff is so kind and friendly! I definitely appreciated and patience and great customer service.

I love this location. They are so professional and kind. I have never had any issues there and I have had to go up there several times in the past few months and I have not come across one employee that was not incredibly helpful and patient with me.
