Awesome store! Awesome staff! Samantha and Thomas were great!

Cody was excellent! He greeted everyone as they entered the store! He was very courteous and kept everyone in the know of who he was helping and checking back with those that were waiting! He had a busy Tuesday with lots of people waiting! He was alone and handled everyone in a timely manner! He never made us feel rushed!

Jesse was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive when purchasing a new phone. She explained everything to me in detail, I never felt rushed or pressured. I highly recommend Jesse/sales rep for any of your phone needs with AT&T. She is very professional and eager to help as soon as you walk in the door. You are greeted with a beautiful smile from such a lovely representative who I give credit to for enjoying my new phone.

Shortly after purchasing a device from Jesse, I needed to return my case because it didn’t fit my needs. Another young female sales associate was here and was not very helpful. She had an attitude the entire time I was in the store. She was very unprofessional.

Although I had a bad experience with the new employee, I had a great one with Jesse and I will be back to see her.

Cody was very nice and helpful with answering all of my questions about my new Apple Watch and changes to my service. Also got everything done very quick.

Stopped in to pay my internet bill since we usually get a paper bill but we were getting ready for an out of town trip. Friendly folks work there.

After being with ATT for over 10 years I can’t really say I had a bad experience. 4 days ago I went to the unlimited Elite plan that included HBO max free. My son was excited. Tried to log in and it kept giving me a message saying my account didn’t come with the subscription. Contacted ATT customer service and they told me I had to wait 72 hours for it to work. Waited 72 hours same problem. Contacted ATT again. Stayed on the phone with them for over 2 hours. Couldn’t Figure it out. Sent me to technical support still couldn’t fix it. So I went back to the ATT store and Kari and KaTerica were GREAT!!!!!!!! They figured it out right away. They were so patient and took there time to figure out what the problem was. Now it’s working. These 2 wonderful experienced women made it happen!!!! Real MVPs

There is only one employee for the store. He does an excellent job, but he’s only one person. The store needs more staff. Be prepared to wait and try to remember-he’s doing the best he can.

Visiting family from out of town and had an issue with my phone. Originally went to youree dr location and was very disappointed. Called this location and spoke with Gina. Came in to the store and Gina had my issue resolved within minutes. Thank you very much!

The manager Cody was so helpful and accommodating to everyone that came in the store and on the phone.. ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE.

Finally I real human is working in this location and has pride in the store and the service they give, thank you Cody! I'm happy to be back.
