Vanessa at customer service was very helpful, entertaining and friendly & I just felt inclined to show my appreciation for that. It's rare to get such amazing customer service nowadays & I hope Best Buy appreciates her as much as I did in our brief interaction.

This is my first time going in to a Best buy store in my life with a bunch of people from JCC. It was cold and rainy two days ago. I went inside and all I saw was a bunch of TVs computers also video games,consoles, grills,stereo systems and much more. 📱🖥💻🎥📷📺There's also snacks you can buy there, probably drinks too.🍫🍬🧃 Someone told me that Best buy was one of the worst stores in Staten Island but they could be wrong. 😕🙂 In one part of the store I saw a wall busted out from under the TV, but I didn't worry about it. I was just there to explore and see what they have and my God do they have good TVs and plasma screens. There's also movies you can buy there too. If you guys don't think Best buy has anything good go to this store and see what they have or maybe just look online if you want. Either way, Give it a chance.🙏👍

Needed a new mouse for Aria Exterior Cleanings office and was able to get it the same day. Big plus for having a great selection on display so that I could choose the one that was most comfortable.

Do you know what this Best Buy? Really helped me out a lot. Seems that they have a show me my top work there that take care of people that come in. I wasn't good store. You got a check it out.

Bought a TV and had the Geek squad hang television in our home. The process was easy and the installers were awesome. Such an easy process!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom, Lillian Larsen. She recently purchased a refrigerator and freezer. Wendy, the salesperson that took care of her was excellent and demonstrated great guest relations. She certainly knows her job. Mykhaylo Vodoviz (Mike) the consultant that did the measurements at her home also demonstrated excellent guest relations. He was on time, knew what he was doing and worked efficiently. The delivery guys were also wonderful, and she is sending in a positive review for them as well. They all worked very well together, and mom has nothing but praise for them. She was satisfied with the whole Best Buy experience and will definitely recommend Best Buy because of those 4 people.

JACQUALYN FOR PRESIDENT!!!!! I needed my Sim card switched from my Samsung to my apple. Simple right?? Apparently not for the folks at the AT&T store. A little voice told me to go to best buy. SO happy I did. Jacqualyn was polite, patient, sweet.....I could go on and on. She has the patience of a saint. Listen up best buy you are LUCKY to have her!!!! She is the absolute best! Best Buy is always an exciting place to venture into, especially if one is making a purchase. Browsing around excites anyone and fills us with the energy we need to start off our days or lengthen our evenings.

I forgot the young man who helped us in the front register, but he was great and took his time with us. Very polite and answered all of our questions, gave us helpful advice.

Helpful staff overall decent location for shopping many things in stock.

Sales staff working in the specified store are really full of knowledge, always informing me exactly about current actions and/or new products. I shop there very often and every time we get the right and accurate information about everything. I recommend it to everyone and I believe the workers deserve a raise!

Easy access to parking..
Went straight to the Pick-Up area.. Was assisted quickly! The assistant scanned my bar code.. went to retrieve my merchandise... and I was in and out within 10 minutes... And this was a weekday! Great Service

If it wouldn't be for this store. I'd have to wait for delivery 🤦🏻‍♂.
