Today, I stopped by to find a battery, but unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. However, Jackie and Benito went out of their way to assist me. They took my number and promised to call me if they receive one this week, saving me a trip. Their exceptional customer service is truly commendable; I wish all places were like this.

Great experience! My husband and I needed a truck bed and we found it here in great condition! Not only that but they pulled the bed for us for a good price. The yard is pretty clean and organized. Bonito, Sasha and the manager were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I’ve been a few times and always have a great experience and meet the nicest folks here. Everyone is helpful and the yard is organized. They keep everything together and updated. Entrance fee is great for the sheer amount of good parts you get access to. Only $2 and if you are a member it’s cheaper.

Had to find a part for my Honda civic. I spoke to the lady in admission, and she was very helpful. Explained everything very well and I was able to look for the vehicle easily on their app and in the store. Everything is organized so this experience was great. Thank you.

I have been to quite a few salvage yards in Orlando and U-Pull-&-Pay is by far a unique place to look for parts. Unique because the people working there are friendly and helpful. Not like some others that make you feel like you are doing them a favor by being there. I bought 3 parts there (and they even properly removed the parts for me for a very reasonable add-on) and to show how the service is above and beyond, the manager, Jackie, OFFERED to help me load the parts into my car! I’ve been here a few times. And always find the staff to be nice and friendly. Been to other junk yards and they aren’t friendly or have good customers service. But here everyone is always so friendly and full good energy.

Great salvage yard! Good prices and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Jackie at the counter is one of the nicest people and made my parts picking enjoyable.

Very friendly staff, easy to navigate around. They will tell you where a certain car is on a row. A row has 10 to 15 cars on it.

Human quality!! I came with my husband to look for some parts and due to the heat I became quite unwell; and the employee who is outside picking up the carts and the cashiers immediately assisted me and my husband until we felt better. Thanks to them we didn't have to go to the hospital. God bless you all!
