I have to rave about this GameStop, particularly an employee there named Alina. I spent my entire day driving around to GameStop’s as most of them don’t answer the phone or have a I’m busy attitude. When I called this one. I was welcomed as a loyal customer, she was able to video if they have product in stock and made sire to put it aside for me. When I got there she went above and beyond to she you guys had the correct products in stock to fit my needs. People come places not only for products but an experience. I live far out in holiday and will drive past every GameStop to be treated the way she did here. Thank you for Being a great representation of what a company should stand for!!!

I've never felt compelled to leave a review for a corporate location like GameStop, until now. I had a great experience with Donovan this past weekend. He made my trade-in process so easy and kept conversation going (when he could). He was just an absolute joy to work with. Kudos to Donovan and the rest of the team.

I think it's fair to say that most GameStop employees are really cool people that just love talking shop with their customers. Good on ya'll.

This place has a very personal approach to dealing with a customer, I am way behind in the gaming world and rely heavily on my brother for advice. He wasn't reachable and the young huskey dark skinned gentleman, who's name eludes me at the moment, was so helpful and cool about everything. He explained what would probably be good for me without being a "salesman" and I appreciate that. Recommend this place to everyone who enjoys gaming and great service.

Super helpful staff. The manager is a really cool guy. I wish I could get more for my used games but they don't have control of that. Very nice store.

Went there today looking for action figures that were on sale (five gamestop's in one day!), and even though they didn't have what I was looking for, the ASM there was absolutely wonderful. I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she is definitely an asset and deserves a promotion for the assistance she provided me! Thank you!

Great customer service. We did have to come back because a game was not working properly. But they fixed the problem quick.

What a wonderful person Ripley is for helping me with everything I needed. So knowledgeable and respectful. Ofcourse like any other gamestop's they have almost everything to suit your needs but with Ripley behind that counter he made it so much more than just a gamestop. Funny jokes, great opinions, and just a very positive person. You WIll see me again bud! Thanks alot!

Super friendly staff, they always greet and pay attention to every customer who enters the store. They have a very well organized collectible section. My favorite GameStop in Tampa.

Store clean rep was knowledgeable inventory was off when the app says the have it and the doesn't actually have it. Since I had other selections I was okay with it
