AT&T Store

In dealing with any communication company, it can be frustrating at every turn. However, today was the first time I actually had the most positive and helpful experience since being an AT&T customer. After dealing with a problematic billing and service issue for 9 months (3 multi hour visits to other stores as well as countless hours in the phone) Josh was able to get this taken care of in 15 minutes!
He in depth knowledge of how to quickly get to the right AT&T department, as well as his friendly and fun personality, made me realize I have a great service source for any future customer service assistance.

This is always my go to store for all things AT&T. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Most visits there is not a long wait either. I delt with Cam last visit and he was able to handle everything I needed to get done with my new phone.

Sydney was super helpful helping me and my son Get set up with 2 new phones and 2 buy one get one free Apple Watches !!! Not all hero’s wear capes!

Andrew did a great job helping me with my boot loop issue not just once but twice. He was very patient, kind, and considerate of what it is like to be a first time phone user with a phone that went to boot loop heaven. He assisted with warranty and customer loyal services. Alexander was the BEST! After I lost my phone, he helped me regain and recall all of my old passwords to the depths of my memory. Patient, Knowledgeable, Kind and Funny! Truly an outstanding asset to this team. If you needed a sign to promote him, THIS IS IT! Truly cares about the company, reputation, and clientele . Best service I have had at any phone carrier. Very efficient and perfect to a T with knowing what to do and how to execute. I will be back (once I upgrade) for him 💕

Zach was a smart well knowledged young man, he took care of my wife's problems where no one else in any AT&T locations said they could not fix the problem, they did not know how. If in the future we have any problems with our phones we will go and see Zach. He is and does represent your company with pride. Location of store Wiggins Pass and US 41.

Customer service by Aureliano and Rodney was excellent. They both provided me with professional and knowledgeable service. Despite the store being very busy we did not have to wait more than 5 minutes and we didn’t have an appointment. They were extremely courteous to everyone even when treated not so nicely by another customer.

As a small business owner I simply had to stop & write a review for the AT&T store located in Wiggins Pass N Naples. My need of combining a land line and a mobile number into one cell phone required a couple of trips, at no time were any of the team showed frustration nor impatience on the contrary, they all backed one another and worked together on my behalf. The level of respect, calm, knowledge, dedication and loyalty to the company they work for is what amazed me, its simply rare to find such team this day’s. They should not be kept as a secret, they should all be recognized Zack, Andrew, Rodney, Leighton, Gilmer, Junior & Demetrius. I highly recommend and urge, should you find yourself in the need of a professional technology expert look no further and if you need to drive, they’ll make it all worth it!!!!!

Leighton was a great representative. Very informative and highly competent. I felt confident in his service. He updated my plan for a lower monthly cost as well as my AT&T TV account. He told me about new devices without being pushy to sell. Everyone should go visit Leighton at the North Naples store!!
