Arthur is the go to guy here. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have the best prices in town in my opinion.

There are dividers at the counter, and the place is very clean.
First time here, and if I am in the area again I know where I am going. I arrived a little before closing time and was greeted by a charismatic gentleman. He kept it simple and helped me get exactly what I needed, and at a great price.

I was surprised at how good the service is. (many of us have been to those shady places that can make you feel uncomfortable wondering if you are spending too much or if this is even what you need. You certainly get the opposite feelings here.)

After my purchase I had a slight issue with the product (user error!) He was willing to sit down with me and figure it out.

The location can seem off-putting being down some side roads. Believe me, it is worth the extra few minutes of travel.

Inventory may seem light compared to other stores but from what I saw it seems they keep to the essentials which sounds great to me.

Awesome. I went in here today (5/11/15) with an issue I was having with my Aspire Atlantis. I was basically fixed on buying a new tank and I even said this to the employees. To my amazement, they fixed my tank despite the fact that they knew I was going to buy another tank if this tank didn't work. Any other place would have told me it is broken and had me buy another tank.

Great customer service. I have been a regular here for almost two years and I will remain that way as long as they keep up the great work. I dont mind spending my money here because I know that they try their best to ensure we have the best quality products in our pockets.

I only trust Pure in West Melbourne and the added bonus of amazing customer service from Kyle! I have been in a few times (in the mornings) and talked with workers that understood my questions or issues but didn't seem knowledgeable about what exactly to do. Then I met Kyle! This guy knows his stuff! When I got a new mod for Christmas, he showed me exactly what I was doing wrong and I haven't been misfiring since. He's never tried to oversell me (that's so annoying). I mentioned in conversation that I was having to recharge my battery twice a day and he recommended a single charging doc that has been a game changer! I recently burned out a coil when I was replacing it and I didn't want to take any chances messing up my last coil so I flew up there and he changed it out with no hesitation. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I was so impressed with how he's helped me these past few times, I feel it's important that he be recognized as a valuable employee! He is respectful, helpful, and wicked funny. I definitely want Pure to know they have an amazing employee that keeps customers coming back and I refer everyone I know that vapes to see him in the afternoons. I live closer to the Pure on Palm Bay Rd but it's worth the extra 2 miles to know I have someone that will answer every question I have and knows what they are talking about. Pure fan always!

GREAT customer service! Good juice. I stopped in yesterday because I an out of juice and I am from out of town. The juice I purchased was Heidelberg and it is great. The clerk was a young lady with dark hair. Great customer service! I gave 5 stars based on that. Only negative is that the ebook site button to register does not work. I placed an order anyway but you need to get the Web site fixed. That's big turnoff.

I recommend this place to anyone! 4 days ago I went to another shop and bought a kit, the guy was money hungry and would sell me anything he possible could. Turns out he sold me a battery that was too powerful for my mod and was causing it to overheat. I went online and found this place, and decided to stop in to see if they could help. 2 young guys helped me out and fixed my issue, I had to buy a new tank which is OK. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need, didnt lie or try to sucker me into something I wasn't ready for, and they were polite making me feel welcomed and in my comfort zone. All in all I am VERY happy with this shop and plan on going back.

Highly recommended. I went in not knowing what was wrong with my tank, taylor and kensley happily assisted me in swiftly finding and resolving the issue. In my experience with the service industry you don't get happy and motivated customer service like this everywhere. These two ladies are an outstanding asset to a great store. Thanks again.

Whenever I need advise the staff here always has a answer right away. I've been going for months. Just bought my first mechanical mod and they set me up nicely with a nautilus tank for a great vaping experience. I tell all my friends to come to these guys! I hope a store in palm bay opens sooner than later. Thanks again guys. Since I've met you I haven't smoked a single cigarette after smoking for 12 years.

If your planning on quitting or just want to cut back on all chemicals your putting in your body. This is the place to go. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . There oils are the best in Melbourne and there start up kits beats anyone price as well. I highly recommend them. Don't go to any of those others over price place where there fluids are trash. Trust me I tried them all. Plus the best thing they do respect our troops.

Very professional and knowledgeable about products but most importantly not over bearing on sales of those products. They give the information but do not press you on buying the most expensive or amount of items. Very friendly and they taylor your wants to find the best vape experience for you. Will always be back for business.

On advice of my nephew and niece I decided to try the PURE vapor, as they call it. I am pleasantly surprised! The staff there was very knowledgeable and pleasant. i will recommend this store in Melbourne to all my friends that want to either stop or cut down on smoking..

I get most of my supplies at Pure. I have always found the sales people friendly. I bought a itazte MVP tonight and the gentleman answered all of my questions. I was shown how to use one. I never have to wait long. I tell all of my friends about Pure Cigs. I have my neighbor and my granddaughters other grandma going there also.

Once I made the choice to move to vaping, a friend and I went to a local smoke shop - where they seemed very unimpressed after telling them I wasn't spending $100 on a unit - and another shop that 1 - did not have any starter kits because their shipment did not come in 2 - was unfamiliar with the products because the girl that "usually" handles this section wasn't in and the excuses went on and on. Very disappointed I called my son in law who tells me to run to PURE - thank goodness he did. Everything was explained to me - how the unit worked - what needed to be changed and when - about their bonus program. They let us try different liquids until we found the ones we liked. The staffs knowledge continues to impress me, and I am greeted with a smile and hello every time I enter the store. I have since referred 4 of my friends there and will continue to do so. If I could choose ten stars I would!

I have been smoke free from tobacco cigarettes for 2 years on the 15th of this month thanks to Pure Electronic Cigarettes in Melbourne Fl. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and some of the friendliest people you will encounter. Their stores even have a lounge area where you can try out all or as many of the e-liquid flavors that your heart desires prior to actually making a purchase. (I have yet to find another store around here that offers this)
Whether you are just starting out with electronic cigarettes or an old pro, Pure Electronic Cigarettes in Melbourne Fl. offers everything you will ever need and at some of the best prices I have ever seen! The staff does not work on commission and understands that the purchasing of electronic cigarettes and/or supplies/accessories is not a "One size fits all" experience and will never try to persuade you to buy something you don't need or want.
That being said,... I am so happy they opened the store on New Haven Ave. in West Melbourne as it is much closer to my home and now saves me even more time and money!! (Hopefully they will open one near the Palm Bay Rd. area in the near future!) I highly recommend Pure Electronic Cigs of Melbourne Fl. for all of your "Vaping" needs!

I went to the store on New Haven for a bottle of juice called Beard(a strawberry cheesecake blend that is second to none!!) I was immediately greeted by Taylor. She was extraordinarily friendly and helpful and made sure that I had the correct juice and even went out of her way to make sure that I had anything else I needed, coils etc. stuff that I would have forgotten had she not been so knowledgable and eager to help. No matter what you're looking for, I definitely recommend PureCigs on New Haven. Juice, coils, new mods, or just a good place to hang and vape, they have it. Don't forget to ask for Taylor, she'll have your back.

I have shopped at a lot of e cig stores throughout the country. By far the staff here is top notch. Product knowledge and customer service is second to none. I drive past 5+ stores to get to this location. Highly recommended!!!

Had a problem with another e cig store today and decided to check this place out cause i was new to the area and they were so helpful! Art and Kyle were very friendly and very helpful!!
