Successful delivery to New Jersey!

Jeremy and the team at this location went above and beyond. Jeremy sent an email update on the packages my aunt had them prepare. This included pictures.

He and the team took very good care of my two guitars and a number of original paintings in their ornate frames.

There were 6 paintings, two dating back to the late 1970s-- one with a frame for a 30x40" canvas! Very precious cargo, which was thoughtfully wrapped with paper, then bubble wrap, then a layer of large bubble wrap, and wrap to cushion the corners.

I was impressed! And the delivery folks also treated the packages with professionalism and care.

This store was so helpful and friendly. I was visiting and needed to send something quickly. They were super helpful and got me taken care of quickly. When my package didn't arrive the next day at the expected time(no fault of theirs) I went back in and they were so helpful to get my issue resolved. Even today when I was following up the manager Courtney got right back to me with all the answers to my questions and had all the information before she called me. Absolutely amazing service and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. Thanks for all your help. Courtney you have a great staff and store!!! I have always used this UPS Store. Always friendly, and they make everything so easy, especially around Christmas. Today, Kevin helped me out. I was mailing several large packages; he took such great care of me ! I am grateful for all of you working so hard to get all of our Christmas packages shipped to our loved ones with such great care !! Thank you ! Merry Christmas !

I had a relatively simple printing need, and the UPS location located just northeast of this one struggled mightily with it. But I reached out to this location and the Manager, Courtney King, took my call and then responded immediately to my email with the print job. I went in later that day and picked them up seamlessly! While they solved my printing need, I was also able to watch Courtney and her team help other customers with their various needs very well also (unlike the other location I mentioned above whose newer, manager-less team was able to do).

Highly recommend this location and feel confidence in everything I saw to hopefully push more people their direction. You won't be disappointed!

They were very patient when I came in with two children to mail separate packages.
They printed my labels and let me use the box I had one packed in, and I was able to get a priority envelope with no problem.

Jeremy provided the best service at this store and always does. Always goes the extra mile. I go out of my way to use this store for that reason.

This store has always done an AMAZING job taking care of packages that need to be shipped. The store is always clean and to beat COVID-19 now, they have sanitizer throughout the store. The best part is that they are all courteous, swift, and help seal the box if needed (without charging like the post office). Another great service is their computer that is available for customers to print return shipping labels if they happen to be a unique format. Some of the UPS Stores in town charge up to $2/page!

After leaving another review regarding a regrettable experience at that other store, I recalled that I'd not left a glowing review here; so, as this is my typical UPS Store, I should review this one too.

I called in inquiring about a very large box to return a very large item. Tyler was super helpful telling me the options and prices. I brought the item in later that day to ship and he found me box that could fit the item that was less expensive than the ones he told me over the phone. He boxed it up for me and was very quick throughout the entire in store process. Even when walking in the store another personnel brought the large item to the counter for me as it is very bulky. Kind and helpful people are found at this UPS store!

Excellent customer service! I've sent mail many times from this UPS store and have always had Fantastic service! Today I had a large awkward heavy box to send and an employee Diago I believe his name is, helped me carry it in and was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs! A+++

I sent a client in to get some documents for his records. My client desperately needed help and I was getting him help, however he did not have a computer or smart phone. He had no money to his name. Miguel was the gentlemen I spoke with at this store. He gave our mutual client the service and did not charge him. What a great great way to conduct business. No one asked for it, he just offered. The customer service at this location was truly impressive - I had 30 packages to ship of all shapes and sizes, a real hassle. Courtney was a real pro! I’d recommend this location over others based on my experience. Thanks everyone!

I'm NEVER disappointed whenever I need to use this location's services. It's the clerks who are always very helpful!!! Today was no exception!

I had to get a lamination job done. One of the two clerks offered to assist me. However, both clerks were clearly very busy with lineups to the door numerous times!!! I said I can manage on my own. So Barton gave me the tools I needed to prepare my project for lamination. [And I was charged only for the 4 laminating sheets!]

In between Barton's helping the "next" client, he got the laminator warming up and processed the sheets for me in between helping others--I DID tell him I was in no hurry--besides I enjoyed watching their interaction with clients! It was interesting to hear conversations as I worked away.

Both Barton and Miguel, the other clerk, worked well together! They were very accommodating and professional with the clients coming thro' the door. Even tho', at times, it was like a zoo, but they were calm, cool, and continued to be polite and helpful...giving assistance or offering options that would be better for the client's needs in shipping their "goods!" On top of that, they occasionally assured those in the lineup they would be able to help them shortly.

MEGA KUDOS to these young men!!! Glad I had the opportunity to watch/hear them in action this afternoon! I love to see when staff anywhere "OWN" their job, especially in Customer Service!

This is the best UPS store in the area. I've been visiting this location for over 8 yrs. Every employee is always upbeat, helpful and professional. It's wonderful to visit a store that exhibits great customer service with a smile. Tyler, the manager, knows how to train his employees. I will go out of my way to visit this store. Great job!

-READ TO THE END-
I have worked in retail myself before & I know how annoying it is when someone comes in right before close. Nonetheless, I arrived at approx. 6:22pm. I was carrying a large package, employee Miguel came & opened the door for me. I was thanking him when he cut me off & said now is not the right time to bring in a large package. I said something like, ‘Oh I thought you closed at 6:30 and I had just made it.’ He said was training someone, had to count the cash, close down the store & didn’t have time to ship my package. I apologized for coming in right before close & explained how I sympathized & if I had a choice I wouldn’t have. I knew this was my only chance to make it in for few weeks so I asked if I could leave it and they could pack it tomorrow, it doesn’t matter when it gets shipped. He then said yes. I had a few other small amazon returns (with the barcode where the box and packaging is provided). He complained and said how easy it is for the customer but how it makes their job much more difficult, all the while yelling at the other employee (very pleasant, apologetic and I think embarrassed by Miguels behavior) that he had to clock out right then. He proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t want to sip my large package, that the box alone was 22.00. I asked him what the total would be. He said the packaging and his services would be an additional 40.00, the total would have been about 63.00 (which I was willing to pay). I did ask what he was going to wrap it with that cost 40.00…and he went off. He started screaming & using profanities. Saying how stupid I am, how stupid people are, how he has to do everything, kept saying I am paying for HIS services. I asked again what the breakdown was for the service charge HIM packing verses the materials (I just shipped at TV earlier this month & had a great experience, don’t recall it costing near as much for materials, this is a solid piece I’m not concerned about breaking). He then went into the back of the store cursing, throwing & kicking stuff. When he finally came back out, I asked him if he was alright, & he asked me what I was doing still standing there. I said I was hoping to get it shipped, but more importantly, if not, can someone hold the door for me? I didn’t have a way to leave without someone helping me with the door.
He blatantly said he refused to ship my package and the other employee helped me to the door.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such crazy bad service. Your hours are posted open until 6:30 if it is policy to not ship packages after a certain time, it should be listed. In the middle of things, I do remember mentioning how he was making me feel bad & I asked if I truly did need to come back another time. I wish I had just left then.
Please ask the other employee who was there with him about the incident, I know he will remember. And please thank him, as he was the ONLY reason I felt comfortable being in the store alone once Miguel started yelling profanities & kicking things.
I asked for the store managers name, will be calling to get the regional managers name & Miguel made a big point in telling me he and the Manager Josh would be in the next day. Unfortunately, as I was trying to explain to him, I can’t be there tomorrow, which is why I came in before close tonight. I hope to not have to return to your store, but if I do I supposed I’ll just hope he is either rightfully let go, or not in.
After reading other reviews I think it is clear this was the same employee and that he doesn’t like working past 6:30. I don't think retail is right for Miguel.
-UPDATE--
The store manager called me first thing the next day. He also responded to my email and facebook message as well. He informed me that the employee who caused so much trouble has been rightfully let go. He genuinely apologized and agreed his employees behavior was totally unacceptable. He has made the situation right and has earned my business back. Im thankful to know I can go into my local UPS store and feel comfortable.
