Amazing customer service at this location. I have to give a shout out to Jessica. She was super helpful in assisting me with a return/exchange. I called ahead to confirm the store would have the size I wanted. When I arrived she remembered me and quickly picked up the 5 items in the sizes I came in for. It seemed effortless for her to give above and beyond. Jessica you’re a rockstar. Thank you again!

I LOVE visiting this store! Management at Fabletics is super helpful and friendly (Yay Marcela, she is super awesome!!). I also really love their collab weekly workout sessions on weekends! I have been to Yoga (shout out to YogaSix and Brent for the session!) and Zumba (shout out to Alicia!). Of course if I love Fabletics this much.. you know I am a VIP account holder ❤ since the deals as a VIP is REALLY amazing all year round! I hope to visit the store more when I am done healing from my unrelated gym injuries 🥲

Clean, well organized store with very friendly and knowledgeable employees! I was here for a collab between Yoga Six and Fabletics and it was a wonderful time! Thank you to all who helped with making this collab possible!

This store is great! I’ve been buying Fabletics for the past 3 years. The powerhold fabric items are THE BEST. No jiggly thighs and they hold everything in, even after having multiple babies. I also love the fit of the cashel tank tops. I don’t like the 365 fabric because it slides around and the lighter fabric (can’t remember the name) is too thin for my cellulitey thighs. Powerhold ALL the way.

The staff at this store has always been helpful to me. The only complaint is that the store isn’t stroller friendly due to the size. I try to not go with kids for this reason. However, the dressing rooms are nice and the staff has always helped me find “outfits” to make the items cheaper.

You should only shop here if you’re a VIP member, otherwise the prices would be a lot more. I keep my VIP status, but ‘cancel’ each month unless I need something. I have a reminder on my Google calendar so I don’t forget! Whenever I need bottoms 9x out of 10 they’ll be Fabletics powerhold, probably Mila or Kessler design because they’re faves. I always regret if I buy cheaper bottoms that aren’t Fabletics because nothing else flatters more.

The staff here is PHENOMENAL. Especially the Manager. My Mother has major issues with her Fabletics membership and it hard charged her monthly for a year after she had contacted customer service to cancel. She ended up so try a large credit and there was a major delay on the credit actually being accessible. We headed in to shop and spend the credit however the credits didn’t seem to exist (even with the email proof). My Mother was definitely feeling frustrated at the back and forth and just feeling taken advantage of at this point. They contacted customer service went through the whole issue on her behalf and urged them to push it all through and to confirm. A few weeks later the credits come in and we head back. The Manager was there again and glad to see us. We shopped and even with another hiccup she pushed it all through. We received great deals and even better service. I highly recommend this location.

I am giving the store in Columbia, MD 5 stars!! Sam who helps me all the time is amazing. She is friendly and always assists me in picking the perfect sizes that I need. I love visiting the store and will continue to go there for purchases. The online ordering and phone customer service is a completely different story. I was double billed and promised compensation for issues I have had lately and had to call numerous times to have my account updated. I have been a member for a year and never had a problem skipping my month and besides a phone customer service screw up never been billed more than I should have been. The phone customer service definitely needs a face lift to match the in person customer service. I will continue my in store shopping until that happens.

I have been a customer for YEARS(2013)! After I created a nice collection of athletic wear, I closed my account and it was a very easy and simple process. 1 year later I decided to reopen an account. I LOVE the products that are offered and I have enjoyed watching this company grow to include many things like mens athletic wear. I will admit that I HAVE forgotten to "SKIP THIS MONTH" more than once over the years, but I will never fault the company for that. Thank you for creating a product with women in mind. Thank you for seeing how beautifully different we are and creating a platform where we all can shop and look fabulous.

I had a great experience at this store. Three of the women at the store helped me find what I was looking for. I thought I knew what I wanted when I came in but once I tried on what I came in for I didn't really like it and Marcella and the other 2 women (whom I didn't get their names) really gave me some good recommendations and options. While purchasing my leggings Marcella checked with another employee to ask about any promotions they had. They didn't have any promotions for customers who were already members but I really appreciate her asking to make sure. I would have been pretty upset if they had one and I wasn't offered it but since she checked without me even asking was awesome and really considerate. I walked away very happy and will definitely be back.

Seriously just got some the best service I’ve ever experienced! Online, it’s very hard to find men’s products that aren’t just the black franchise shorts. I figured I’d give in store a shot, and the ladies that worked at this location were quick to look through their whole stock to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They even made sure I made the most of my VIP perks.

Unrelated, I do wish Fabletics would make shorts with drawstrings more common - those make for better athletic shorts anyway.

I dropped in here without really planning to, but I'm so glad I did. Immediately, someone came up to me and started asking what I was looking for. I explained how I've never found something with the right fit, and the associate working with me, Janice, immediately knew what clothes to put me in to figure out what I liked best. She was beyond helpful and encouraging as I tried on all sorts of different leggings and sports bras. She explained and set me up with a membership, and I am just thrilled with my experience. Seriously, she was so great in helping me! Thank you so much!!! I'm so excited to work out and feel awesome while I do it!

I visited the store to see the clothing line and find out my size. I was greeted by several store personnel, who all were very friendly but not overwhelming (a BIG plus!). I was assisted throughout my time in the store by Madie (I hope I spelled her name correctly!)
Madie went above any beyond to explain the different styles of leggings, and how my size will be different for each styles. She set me up in a fitting room and brought me different styles and sizes to help me gage my preferences. Afterwards, she answered my numerous questions about membership and purchasing items in the store and/or online. Madie even wrote down the leggings I liked and my sizes for each.

I am extremely pleased with this store and the staff (Kudos Madie!!). Fabletics has a brand new customer! ~L.

Love it, due to COVID selection is not the same. Customer service is still the same. I love the products. A great alternative to Lulu...customer service is better.
