I would not recommend using the storage units with this business. We moved our stuff out, and the next month forgot to give the keys back . It was an honest mistake on our part. I got a very rude phone call at MY work , which was not professional at all. She was lecturing me about how she was losing money. I apologized 3 times to her, telling her my husband would bring the keys back. She still was VERY rude to me . This was uncalled for!! We took the keys back and are paying them 1 month rent.
This situation could have been handled better on their part. This not the way to treat good customers who could potentially send new business. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them!!
