Pet Supplies Plus Fridley

If you have a northern breed dog and are looking for a groomer, I recommend Melissa. As an owner of one, she recognizes the breeds needs. She is friendly and loving with the dogs.
Every time I come into this Pet Supplies Plus, I am met with friendly faces and helpful employees.

This is my daughter’s favorite Pet shop and while I was visiting her this Christmas, she made sure to take me here for my Pet’s and my Grandpups supplies and gifts. Immediately when we walked in, the staff was amazing and so helpful! Chase was just so nice, very caring and loves animals! Devon was also very helpful and attentive to our pets needs! The prices were very reasonable and there is a lot of high quality products! Highly recommend this great neighborhood pet supply place to all the pet lovers out there!

Melissa did a fantastic job grooming our miniature poodle. She was attentive and kind to him as soon as he walked in, along with her co-worker. She took the extra time to get out his knots without just cutting them out, leaving his length the exact thing we asked for. Our guy came out looking handsome and smelling wonderful. I 100% recommend Melissa for any grooming needs.

Melissa is Fantastic!! She is amazing with my little pup 🐶 and he absolutely adores her along with me ❤ she makes him feel so comfortable. Go to Melissa for all of your fur babies needs!! If I could give her a million stars I absolutely would.

Reptile and Amphibian Friendly!!

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and this was the closest pet store. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. After a few weeks they began to recognize me right away and know I was looking for crickets. Now the whole staff knows me by name and gets me the crickets I’m looking for right away and for a good price! I’ve rarely had to wait and I’ve never been sold a dead cricket!! They often give extra crickets too. I just moved again a few months ago and I haven’t found the pet stores near my new place to be as helpful or economic. Now I drive all the way back on a weekly basis to get the crickets and service that I love. Thanks Brian, Alex and Tess for your amazing customer service!!

Nice store. Staff seems too genuinely want the customer to find what they're looking for. Easy parking. Prices slightly higher than the big box stores but not outrageous.

First time in the store. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Provided great information to help my raise my new tortoise!

Zaina from the grooming team was awesome with my 1-year-old border collie mix. She made him feel relaxed and comfortable with his first grooming experience (toe trim). She saw him right away as a walk-in too! We'll be back soon.

Pet supplies plus is hands down the best pet store chain in the Twin Cities. Their prices can't be beat, especially the dog chews and bones -unless you go to a farm store like Fleet Farm, but those are not really in the city. They also have a rewards program for buying pet food, which is appreciated.

Great staff and easy to find what you are looking for. If they don't stock something ask, they are more.tjan willing to try and find the product at another store or work with you directly to purchase.

I stopped by this store over lunch and it was clean and well stocked, I was greeted and helped immediately.

Love having this pet supply store in Fridley! The store is always clean and has what we are looking for. I like they price match and have manufacturer coupons and send coupons in the mail. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I really like this store. I have been there twice now and the prices are very reasonable and the customer services is excellent. I will return. I will have to try the self service dog wash soon, too!

The nicest folks EVER! I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Pet Supplies Plus stores. However, this location in particular, is home to some of the most genuine, sweethearts! I’ve always loved that PSP stores are family owned. They’ve always had a personal touch. Also, why go crazy at a corporate store that hardly offers rewards incentives? When you have 7 pets (and counting), it costs a lot to feed them something close to an ancestral diet. It’s a clean, lovely store! I’ve never seen even a dead fish in their aquariums. They take excellent care of any living soul within those quarters! Also, they have cute kitties for adoption! Thank you, Fridley PSP for being a light in my life!

The employees are so helpful and friendly! They have an amazing self-serve dog wash. When I was washing my dog they came back to check on us to make sure everything was going okay. Everybody there has seemed super knowledgeable. I am super impressed with this place.

This store is clean and very organized. I love the bakery items. They look so good I was tempted to eat one! The doggy wash stations are great! And very reasonable. I got the first one the first day I purchased a punch card for 5 washes for free!

This was my first time at Pet Supplies Plus and I was so pleased with my experience! The selection of cat foods (what I came for) was excellent, and the employees were very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!
