DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Went there today to get boots to match my outfit for tonight.

They were kind with a warm greeting upon entry, asked me if I needed help, and were helpful to other customers who needed guidance.

The cashiers were helpful and enthusiastic!

They also had a very good selection of size 11 shoes, which is a plus being that I have bigger feet!

This place is great. I shop here regularly. The workers here deal with so many entitled La Jolla Karen's. They also take in the Trolley trash who come in and decide to steal and destroy property. I also forgot to mention the Homeless population. Yes Karen in your little jewel too! They come in to steal and use the bathroom so they can take a bath and do drugs in them. I understand staff was forced to close them, how do I know because I politely asked but Karen's complain about it because they don't know nor care until it involves them. Every-time I've gone into this store I'm treated with respect. We’re at a day now where people have lost their respectful ways and think its all about ME when it’s not no one cares about you!

Remember it’s just a pair of shoes.

DSW has always been my favorite place to shop for shoes for myself and for the family. They do have some good stuff but if you take your time, you will be in for some surprise - good brand, style, available in the best possible deal.

The store is spread across one floor and has good selection of foot ware for ladies and gents. They also have socks, handbags, jewelry, some very light clothes and sunglasses. However, in comparison to the adults, the kids collection is less. But you can find a really good collection for the girls, for boys it’s limited.

Staffs are generally helpful and kind, except during my last visit, where one staffs was behind me to put away and clear up the place after me. I wish this person could let their customers finish and move out, before they get on with their job. In the past few years, I have never come across a staff at DSW like this person, very rude. Other than this one incident, I have been very pleased with their staffs, products and store.

Pricing- I personally feel the shoes are reasonably priced. But if you still want to get a better deal, you can register with them to be a member and they do give away discounts every now and then.

Wow wow I bought three pairs of shoes today and I rarely buy shoes. Quite a nice selection in my size and the customer service was super. The gal that works there, I think her name is Mary Ann, really runs fine store. Very nice. Clean. Not cluttered. I’ll be back next week on payday.

Going on a European trip and found the perfect pairs of shoes that were very comfortable at the right price.

I got shoes from this La Jolla location it was great quality and lots of collections for all ages. I will regular there from now on. Nice dress shoes collection.

Little gem located in the back corner of La Jolla village square next to petco. Amazing selection of designer brand shoes for great costs. Plus they always have shoes on sale
