I give 5 stars today because one of your employees showed such kindness in a time when they did not have to. Vicky from your bakery was very generous to me. My husband and I had money stolen from us and so we’re very very tight in everything right now including food. I was going to use my Wic card for hot dog buns and 2 dollars for chips for dinner for my family tonight and I couldn’t find my card. Vicky stepped up and I’m very thankful. We’ve seen a lot of rudeness lately and so it was nice to receive kindness from somebody for once. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves and maybe even a raise. I believe she was off the clock when this occurred. However I find employees who foster the same kindness off the clock as they do on the clock are the best. The ones employees at this store have been great too. Keep up the good work. :)

Good food but high prices... excellent bakery.

Very friendly bakers , the cake decorator was very helpful and does an amazing job decorating the cakes . Ordered this through the phone and he understood exactly what I meant. Also very happy with the pricing and size of the cake thank you so much !

Ran out of a few things for a new project and I love than I can quickly find what I need at the Fort Lupton Safeway, self checkout, and get back to the shop. Their remodel is great and the new produce department is beautiful!

I've travelled all over this country, and in my journeys I've been to many grocery stores. For the most part, they're all about the same. The same items and layouts. But this Safeway has an ambience. Sure, they sell groceries. But the smells, the lighting, the dead look in the employees eyes. It says so much more than the usual "we're not being paid enough to deal with this job". A certain amount of pride, as if they're not only not being paid enough to deal with the job, but that should the store burn to the ground, you could imagine them dancing in the ashes celebrating. The store is beauty and it is art. I will be buying more apples from this store.

I just went around and had a very pleasant experience! The workers I interacted with were all very sweet. A girl named Ally (Ali, Ale, I don't know how to spell it) was absolutely awesome! I asked about squish mallows and she went to the back and got some for me. She really didn't have to do that but I really appreciate it! Thank you so much Ally!

I had a pleasant time shopping at
Safeway today.
All the employees that I came in contact with were very courteous and willing to assist you with your needs of finding or locating something that you were looking for and had not found.
Even the cashier was nice and helpful at checkout.

Ordered cupcakes for September 24th. We went with whipped frosting and chose jungle theme. I didn't give a lot of direction. I just said we are doing a jungle theme predominately cheetah. I was so impressed when we picked these up! We got tons of compliments of how detailed and awesome they were. I called that next Monday to get the decorators name and was told his name is Damon. Thank you Damon! You ROCK!

We absolutely love this store. They have items I can't find anywhere else and it's clean and I just absolutely love it compared to any other store. It must be a personal thing because I always find what I want quickly and the store is nice and clean and there's just a really cool vibe about it. The Starbucks is especially good there... But the people working there always seem to have a smile in their eyes whether they're wearing a mask or not. I just love the store. ❤
And no I do not work there and nor does anyone in my family or extended family work there laughing.

We just left Safeway with a Pickup and Go order and I can’t express how helpful Manager Erica and her staff was. We were unable to pick up our order when we originally scheduled, which caused a suspension of our order. They had everything re-rang up and ready to go by the time we got there. Amazing customer service from start to finish and we will definitely be back!

Great place to go for the essentials. The staff are friendly especially the front end employees. The floral department was ready for all of us last minute people on Mother’s Day.

Great store. Prices seem like they can be a little higher but if you use the app it can save you significantly. Deli, Bakery, and pharmacy are always helpful and friendly. Store is clean and cashiers are friendly.

I have never had bad service or quality of meat, and produce is always outstanding. Being a previous employee of a grocery store, I notice all the moving parts. Today the lady working in the produce looked like she cared on the quality and appearance of what she puts out. It shows in her dept. Previously in the meat dept. A gentleman acknowledged what I was puchasing and said "I just got done preparing those. They are very fresh" It was good to know. But today was the best. I was having difficulty getting a 2 liter bottle and the worker asked to assist me, most workers wont even say anything but he did, and then when checking out in the self checkout the gentleman was so kind and patient with everyone. My register was giving me complications and he so relaxed each time just fixed it and assisted me. I have also used your grocery pick up twice and they have been wonderful as well. Great job guys. Keep it up. Ps. I came in for 2 things but was enjoying exploring everything that I left with over $120.00.

I went last minute shopping for a cake here because it’s the closest store to my house.. The lady at the bakery (Liz) asked what my son liked. I said soccer , so she started decorating a cake with little soccer balls and grass! (Without me asking her, which is even more thoughtful) It was amazing that she took a bit of her time to do that for me! I was so surprised of her great customer service! I honestly didn’t think someone would do something so nice I know nobody else would of done that! She was so helpful and my son loved the cake! I tried tipping her but they can’t accept tips, so I would love to take a gift card or something...

Ally the cashier was excellent and we appreciated her attitude. She had a ready smile and a very friendly disposition. Kudos to Ally for making our experience @ Safeway very pleasurable.
