I would like to share about the wonderful experience I had in this store recently. I was a bit confused about an issue I was having on my phone.The organization and how clean it was inside was to a tee! (trust me, I notice everything). The staff was very friendly and quite knowledged, I was very impressed! They solved my problem so fast, I was definitely a happy camper!!!! I will absolutely bring all my phone needs to this store in the future. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

Joel was amazing and took his time to help me with everything I needed with my new phone. He has the patience of a saint and a great personality and his professionalism goes beyond and above! Go see Joel!!

Nichika is AMAZING! He was so helpful and made everything so seamless. He took his time helping with transferring our phone while getting us the best deal possible. Highly recommend this store because of him!

I went into to get a new phone and wasn't sure how it would go because I have never been to this store. Tony was so professional and he made everything really easy. Thanks Tony for explaining everything and making the process simple. Would definitely recommend this Verizon store.

Joel helped with choosing a new phone and I pad. He transferred the data from my old phone to the new one and all our questions about the new devices as well as billing . I highly recommend this Verizon store with their helpful pleasant staff.

Edgar was so helpful, he made the entire experience easy and comfortable by explaining every detail in helping me with making decisions.

Syah was amazing! I have waited a really long time to get a new phone bc it stresses me out. Went from a 6 to a 14 with Syrah’s help and great humor. I think I got a good deal too. I Cant thank her enough!

I was given so much care and attention at this store, by Syah in particular. Syah was a very friendly and caring employee who helped me pick out the right phone for me and worked me through all of the steps needed to switch from my old phone to new phone. Meanwhile, we had some nice conversations that made me feel like she truly cared about me. I had a new phone in less than an hour thanks to her! Thank you Syah!

This store is incredible- ask for JOEY - he is the best. A young lady who was on during the same shift also went above and beyond after applying the clear screen protectors to my new Pixel 7 and my older bro's by helping us put back the back-arrows legacy setting, too kind. JOEY was patient, knows his stuff inside and out, was totally patient- TEN out of 5 stars to this staff/associates, and this store.

All personel were accommodating. I have continued to come to this location for my Verizon related needs. They have addressed my needs without trying to sell me something unrelated to my visit. I have been a Verizon customer starting with Airtouch. The Villa La Jolla location location is the best. I greatly appreciate Edgar who I have worked with on more time occasion.

Syah helped two customers at before me while she was waiting on the phone to help a customer. While she was helping me upgrade my phone she was able to help my friend upgrade her phone simultaneously. We got out of the store within an hour which has never happened during an upgrade with any other associate. Syah is great and deserves a raise!

Lucy was terrific - pleasant, patient, extremely knowledgeable about the products, clearly explained everything, set up my new phone and tablet easily and skillfully and was a pleasure to deal with. Give this woman a raise!

Joey and Lucy are a great credit to their company. I came in knowing how confusing and painfully long the upgrade process can be and to my surprise (and delight) I had the opposite experience. I would strongly recommend this Verizon store and Joey and Lucy as your representatives.

Lance provided excellent customer service. I upgraded my phone and had a couple of issues with my voicemail. He solved all of my problems and was patient, kind and professional. I was very grateful for his assistance.
