Great customer service. My younger son was buying a game and the cashier made sure to talk to him the whole time as the "customer", giving him a Star Wars May 4th give away item. I just provided the credit card. Upon leaving the first words out of my son's mouth were I really like that place can we go back soon. 2nd visit was still a great experience.

Staff somehow always knows things about the games I want to buy and advises very well. Not bad prices and stock is mostly up to date.

I'm always heading to GameStop for one reason or another. Never had a bad experience with any of their locations. Whether I intentionally head out to GameStop or I just drop in because I'm in the neighborhood, I know it'll be worth stopping in. They always have a good sale in effect and I'll end up getting a couple/few used games for my beloved PS5 for, really, next to nothing. Any time I have a question, someone in there has the answer. It's always very easy to strike up a conversation with either the employees or other customers or both. GameStop is kind of like this oasis in this horrendous, barren trap known as the Harford Mall. But on a serious note, I really do enjoy stopping in at GameStop whenever I'm close by. Too often it gets a bad rep. for no legitimate reason whatsoever. Stop in, look around, and strike up a conversation with the others in there with you. I guarantee you'll feel it was worth the trip.

Super helpful staff, great selection for such a small store. Visited the other day to buy a headset and the woman at the counter (didn't grab her name though) was incredible. I explained what I wanted and she helped me get what I needed at a good price.

Excellent customer service from Jason. I asked a few questions and he was knowledgeable and help me get everything I needed and some fun games. Will definitely come back to this location again.

The store manager, named Phil was grumpy at first. We talked about Pee Wee Herman and he lightened up after awhile. He told me I would look great in some Pokemon tight pants. When I finished blushing and giggling I used my power up points and bought them. He even let me use the store bathroom to change into them! The he clocked out and we went Red Robin. Let's just say the Fries weren't the only thing that was bottomless! I still can't feel my nipples!

Well stocked, nice and neat, friendly staff, and large selection really makes this place a good place to stop in. I definitely make it a point to stop in every time I'm at the mall :-)

We had another great experience at the GameStop in Harford Mall the manager Phil without any questions helped us in replacing our remote control for our Xbox 360 I bought the wrong one the first time and he exchanged it for another one for the right one this time was very pleasant to work with no hassles at all.
