This is your typical home depot but one thing that sets it apart is the friendly employees. Every single one of them speak every time you walk past them. Simple hello or head nod. There is one bad apple cashier in the garden center but I won't let it taint my opinion of the other employees.

Best Home Depot in the SWFL! Hector in plumbing assisted me he is very polite, patient and helpful. I don't have very good experience with Home Depot but Cape Coral had the best team!

Home depot has everything you need to remodel anything part of your house. Also they rebt machines to get the work done. Come visit them. Great help

Always packed! I purchase from here often when I have projects. I bought too much the last time I visited so I took the items back for a return. Staff got customers through the queue quickly and were quick to process my return.

When you shop, the staff are super friendly and everyone makes sure to ask customers when walking by if they need help finding anything. So helpful!

Big thumbs up! Shout out to I think his name is Manfred, just met at Customer Support. Bought this PVC Handy Pack and I wasn't able to open the glue jar at home. Tried it with gloves and couldn't do it. But no problem for this guy at Home Depot. He could have easily returned the item, but he accepted the challenge and got the first place and opened the jar with incredible strength. Awesome! Thank you! And really not joking, this was really hard to open! 👏👍

I want to praise one of your managers, Glicelle Torres. She works at the Home Depot in Cape Coral, Fl on Skyline Blvd. She went out of her way, definitely above and beyond, to solve a major problem for us. I had ordered 76 boxes of LVP flooring and paid the extra $130 for over-the-threshold delivery because our garage is full and we are elderly. When it was delivered by the manufacturer, it was on 3 pallets and the delivery driver said he could only drop the pallets off in the driveway. I explained that I paid extra for it to be brought into our house but he refused. I did not sign for the flooring so he loaded it back on his truck. He had already signed off in his computer as having delivered the flooring so it was no longer trackable. I called the delivery hotline number numerous times for a week but they were of no help, telling me I would have to pay for white glove delivery. I finally went to the desk at our store and they put me on the phone with Glicelle. She made it her mission to solve our problem. Since we were going on vacation for 2 weeks, she ensured that our flooring was delivered to her store during that time, would store it there, and also told us she would have her team deliver it into our house at no charge when we returned. When we returned, she actually called us to arrange the delivery before we had a chance to call her first. I have to say we were doubtful that the delivery men would unpack all of those boxes from the palettes and carry them in. To our surprise, they kept their promise and carried all of those heavy boxes inside our home. Glicelle even called us later to make sure we had gotten the right number of boxes and that everything was to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with how this was solved and the exceptional customer service she displayed. If you have an award for employee of the year, Glicelle certainly deserves it!

Love Home Depot as much as craft stores. I just purchased a Washer and Dryer I'm just love! Sensors weight the clothes, deposit detergent by the weight and so many other things. You can control with WiFi 💃

What can I say. It's the Home Depot!! Great customer service all questions answered. Large inventory neat clean. Even the cashier was friendly and courteous.

My husband bought a gallon of foundation armor solvent-based acrylic sealer through Home Depot online. It arrived on time. It came with application tips, which was very helpful. The sealer was easy to apply. You need to wear a mask as the smell is strong and lasts for a while. It looks thicker than the dyco paver sealer and has a better wet look after the second application. I still need to seal our dock and so I will be using the foundation armor sealer again for that. I highly recommend it.

Talk about Exceptional customer service. Walk into the store at 5 minutes to close. Everyone helpful, everyone smiled. In and out in 3 minutes. Great Job Folks. I would recommend this store anytime.
