Best Dollar General I've ever been to. Lots of supplies for crafting & gardening. The store in Joppatowne Plaza is clean & well organized.

Ms Kennedy was nice and helpful. Extremely personable

This dollar store always has the nicest staff. They always have a good variety of seasonal decorations and holiday. Great flower selection and cards. Perfect place to get your present gift wrap or bags.

This is my very favorite Dollar general. Staff are very friendly. Customer service is the best. If you need something you can't find when you ask one of the staff there is no hesitation they answer any questions and always take you where to find it at. I shop here several times a week sometimes.

Typical Dollar General. Shelves are often nicely stocked with most products not running out. The only complaint is Dollar General doesn't hire enough staff, so Cashiers are often on the floor performing other duties such as stocking, cleaning, receiving, etc. Which means customers at checkout are often waiting for the cashier to notice them, and return to the checkout line to ring up customers. Sometimes these waits can be 5 to 15 minutes, creating a back up at the register.

This seems to be a trend with stores that focus on lower costs, in order to keep payroll costs low. Dollar General, CVS, Dollar Tree, etc all seem to be competing on who can hire the least amount of staff before customers totally abandon because its become a horrible experience.

I like coming to this store! It's very clean and the cashiers have great customer service skills! I'm able to go in, make my purchase and leave quickly without any issues!

Overall good store. If there is a big sale they will sell out quickly but decent selection. Cashiers are always nice and pretty knowledgable about the store.

This store is always clean, neat and fully stocked. I love the prices and variety of products. I visit at least twice a week.

Went to the Joppa MD store. Greeted by Any as soon as we walked in. Found what we needed. Checked out quickly.

There are plenty of DG's in my area but I choose this because of the price and all the selections that are here. I love the friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to help with anything I may need
