AT&T Store

Savannah at AT&T is amazing. Her exceptional customer service awes me. I have had to seek help a few times lately and she goes above and beyond to ensure that I am getting the best deal and product. I highly recommend this site!!

Savannah is incredible, very insightful. helpful and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! great job! I drove an hour so I could upgrade my phone, wanted to only deal with her just because I know how great she is!!

Lizzy is the best! I ordered new phones through Costco and switched providers- it was a nightmare trying to activate the lines. The 800 number I was given was no help, they told me to go to an ATT store. I went in with all three oh my lines deactivated on my old provider, activated on the new provider, but only 2/3 lines were working, and the 1/3 that was active was the wrong number! It was a disaster. Lizzy took the time, was patient with me, and worked magic to get all of it fixed and we were able to walk out smiling. I would rather do any future business at this location with Lizzy. It’s worth it to come here and get this level of service! Thank you, Lizzy!!

I had an amazing experience by a customer representative name Savannah at the Palm Coast location I went in with an issue regarding an update on my phone that was causing me not to have any service she went above and beyond until she found a solution for me this young lady is magnificent

Margaret was fantastic!! She is very professional, experienced and friendly! She was the only representative in the store at the time we were in and she helped everyone successfully and in a timely fashion. Margaret is a gem 😊

Elizebeth was super helpful and resolved all of our issues with no problem, I spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer service just to be hung up on and disconnected however as soon as we stepped into the store Elizabeth hooked up both of our iPhone 12 minis to the service provider with no issue! Wonderful employee I will definitely be back to see her for any further help

Lizzy has been more than helpful! Upgraded to the new Galaxy zfold 5! Took less than 30 minutes in and out. The staff is so nice and respectful. Best ATT by far.

Lizzy was fantastic! Went above and beyond with our transfer of service. She also made sure to help customers that were coming in. Great at multitasking and highly knowledgeable. Give her a raise!

Lizzy at The Palm Coast Store is a Rockstar!! Quick and effortless perfect service

I spent hours on the phone with some random at&t rep, and all they did was speak in circles while placing me on hold dozens of times only to repeat the same script endlessly. Yet, when I go into the store the manager, Alex, and her staff go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help solve my issues! Lizzy and the staff are trained, professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable! If the entire company was like this store's staff, there would be no competition. Anyone who's not appreciative of them, is probably beyond help. THEY'RE THE BEST! I will stay with AT&T as long as they (this store) are my resource .

Have to say they are a great non corporate store. All the team members worked great with me to resolve all and any issues i had in the beginning of service. They never gave up and worked by my side through everything to resolve my issue with a porting issue and there department.
I would highly recommend them and all there staff because of there kindness and ability to not give up and pay attention to detail. Thank you at and t members for doing a great job
