Micaela definitely helped me so much. And old worker had me on a family plan even tho it was just one phone. Micaela helped me switch my plans and helped me receive the $30 off my bill. Shes been a blast and she is great at her job and absolutely wonderful with her customer, she was quick and even was very patient and took her time to help me with everything and to help me understand!

Micaela and everyone who works at the Cumberland store are awesome! Theyll answer any questions you have and the wait times are way better than lavale. 10/10 i recommend to anyone who needs to go to a uscellular store to go to the Cumberland store off industrial blvd instead of going to the one in lavale

I went in to pay my bill an was met with a wonderful young lady name Zoe. She was fast and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. She talked me into getting the US cellular internet they offer.
