They are very helpful and the quality of the Athletic Wear is superior to others I have purchased. I have a recommend them as your main source of Athletic Wear. Lastly, there are always informative and educated on the products and very upscale and well coordinated.

Every time I’ve walked into Well Kept, I’ve left with a bag. The store is amazing and I absolutely love their brands of workout apparel. They are always so helpful in pointing out the sales racks and they also give honest opinions of their merchandise. Workout clothing has become the daily fashion of so many people- it is no longer exclusive to the gym, a run, bike ride or exercise class. Many years ago I started setting out for the day in workout clothes and bring a another workout outfit for after my workout. Let’s be honest, tight unbreathable jeans don’t feel all that great in the carpool line or shuttling kids to practice. Be good to yourself and buy quality sportswear- you will never regret a purchase you make at Well Kept!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE shopping for my workout clothes at Well Kept. I love how I can just call or text the store when I see something I want to purchase on Instagram account and within 2-3 days my items arrive! I live in Ballantyne but drive the 40 minutes to Davidson to shop at this store. Love it!!!!

Love this place! great selection of super cute tops and leggings. Plus yummy candles and other fun things. The girls are all super sweet and helpful! Plus you can shop via Instagram or text message and they are super responsive!
