My family and I were on our trip to Washington DC when we had car troubles. The tensioner bolt for the alternator/power steering belt had sheered off on our 2003 Subaru Forester. I Googled the closest auto parts store to buy parts to repair the car then we ended up at Carquest. I spoke with a young gentleman and I told him what happened. Without question, he said “let’s take a look”, he ended up replacing the bolt and nut for the tensioner then we continued on our trip. I didn’t catch the name of the young gentleman but I greatly appreciate how you helped out my family during that emergency situation. This person went above and beyond his job to help a family in need. Thank you so much!
