They have a large store with honest staff ready to help. I had to return two items. She provided me all of the information I needed to make a great decision.

The t-mobile off Euclid next to target had no wait time and had great customer service. We were in and out within 30 minutes. The team was approachable and friendly. Not like other t-mobile workers I've came across like the one off Euclid/ Katela. I would not go back to that one.. but this one we got a different experience. So thank you!!

These folks work hard to make customers happy.

I prefer this location rather than others. The customer service here is way beyond better than the one at costa Mesa (which is the other one I usually go. By the way I still have to leave a review👎about that one and this guy named Freddy😤)
The representatives here are really servicial and attentive and they really try. Big star to Àdam, who's always helpful and tries the best he can with any of my phone issues. Plenty of parking space as well. And you don't even have to wait that long to be helped since they have plenty of fast crew members. It's conveniently located close to Target and Canes which makes it even better lol.

Always a pleasure visiting this store! It's clean, well organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! If you can, ask for Cynthia — she is AMAZING! She knows literally everything, can answer all your questions, and help you take care of literally anything regarding your phone, account, etc. She has been helping us for years now! 🙏🏽

They've got good promotions just got me a new Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra for Christmas I'm really happy with the service I received from the staff they're very helpful and insightful

T-Mobile has been great. They meet you at the door as soon as you walk in, ask your name and tell you about how long is your wait. All the reps are very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Can answer any questions and solve a problem. Very courteous. Great customer service. A special thanks to Hector at Euclid and Broadway store.

This store always a line yet worth the wait when service is not timed always Informative. This time I had no wait time but with the help from Omar all was well Informed, shoot he knows his t-mobile offers phones etc...thanks for the help. 1946 lol

I don't like going to phone stores but tbh everyone at this location is pretty great. Anabell helped me out more than i knew i needed. Offered much more efficient routes to get what i needed done. Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. That Saturday crew is solid

I arrived at the store today, seeking to upgrade from my s20 ultra to the s21 ultra and change carrier's from Verizon to T-mobile, anyways after a long one hour battle with Verizon I was able to switch. Thank you to Rosa who helped me the process was complicated solely because of Verizon but she got me the help I needed. Thank you!

There great helped me with everything I needed. My phone charger wasn't working and the gave me a new one for. It didn't work all to we'll but went back and gave me one that did. Very happy about it and there customer service.

I had been calling so many tmobile stores for a phone and so many people sounded so bland and a little uninterested so i cant express the happiness i got from speaking to jesse from this store he was peppy, nice and so sweet a total worker i didnt get the phone i wanted from here but i hope to go into the store soon he was awesome!

Great place to come and have the full T-Mobile experience. was able to return my items, upgrade my plan, and get all my questions answered in one visit.

I wrote a long review on Google and Yelp about the huge disappointment i had from Tmobile 3 branches. Anaheim Town Center, Harbor Blvd. Costa Mesa, and The mainplace in Santa ana branch.
But I could not avoid writing my impression of this particular branch of Euclid n Brookhurst, especially the super hero Raul M. And Julias. They both did what the other 3 branch managers & the customer care department & the technical support failed to do over 8 consecutive days. Thank you Raul for putting so much time and effort to fix my line. Other mobile experts i met in other Tmobile shops did not bother putting half of your effort.

Walk in, paid bill, nice people.
