O'Reilly Auto Parts

Only spot I go for parts/oil etc. Staff is knowledgeable and always upbeat and nice. Never a bad time. You need positivity like that when you're having a bad day cause something's wrong with your vehicle. I will only go to this O'Reilly's.

Last night I went into O'Reilly's frantic cuz my dash lights went out on my vehicle and my tail lights were out so I went in and I started talking to a guy Wilson and Khadon. Wilson seen I was visibly upset Store wasn't busy so he took time to help me research my issue He bit only eased my fears he tried his best to fix the issue Even asking a regular customer of he knew anything Khadon was nice enough to put in his opinion on the issue I have to say these two employees went above and beyond Very knowledgeable of the store merch and location Of item needed I definitely think these two are assets to O'Reilly's and are lucky to have employees who genuinely care about the customer If it weren't for the kindness knowledge and help I'd have walked out and went to AutoZone I'd def be back at this O'Reilly's Thank you Wilson and Kahdon on a job well done You did O'Reilly's proud One may say he was doing his job but I say he went above and beyond I'm pretty sure the way they helped me was not only in the job description but I'm sure because they genuinely care about the customer and strive to make O'Reilly's a better place to shop Thanks guys for a job well done

Great service here! I've been getting parts from this place ever since they've been here. I used to be a die hard"Auto Zone" guy until o'Reilly's came around. Definitely better customer service and the staff that's here knows what they're talking about if you might have any questions or concerns about your vehicle. I got a new vehicle in the recent years, therefore I dont have to come here often. But, when I do, the staff remembers me and are happy to help. I think that they are cheaper than their competitors as well. They have handicapped accessible parking and entrance, not sure about the restrooms. I've never been disappointed by the parts or service here, therefore will be back and recommend this spot to family and friends!

Bryan was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Maybe he was just doing his job, but it seemed he went beyond standard duties of his position at O,Reilly. We are very far from home, Atlanta, so we were out of our element handling the car issues locally here in Louisiana. If the owner or district manager is reading this, I would highly recommend considering him for management, I know if it were my business, he would be my guy without a doubt from the bunch that was working there today. He was a very positive asset to your store.

Always felt O'Reilly's was a decent country folk sorta place. I get a good feel visiting this place.

Staff are all very friendly at this location and overall I have no complaints.
I get most of my car equipment from here and they normally have what I need.
I've purchased many things and none of them have failed on me yet!

This is the only auto parts store I shop at. They always have exactly what I need at reasonable prices, and will help you find any part you need. The tool rentals have helped me more times than I can count.

Very helpful in finding me what I wanted. Even came out to my car to change light bulb for me. Great people, and a very clean establishment to do business. Thank you.

If you need anything pertaining to your car, you've got to go to O'Reilly's. The people there go above & beyond to serve you to the best of their ability ! I had to go to both stores, because one had a part, that the other was out of, at the time.
Both stores are on Ames Blvd in Marrero. Both stores have employees, who will work their "butt" off to help you.
After checking my car battery to see if it was good, it wasn't, they removed it for me.
Not only did they have a car battery in my price range, they put the new battery in place.
O'REILLY'S goes above & beyond.😉

Excellent customer service with reasonable prices on parts and accessories.

They had the part I needed. Wasn't real expensive, but it shouldn't be when your just buying a part and doing the work yourself.
