Very beautiful and relaxing feel. Merchandise really seems to flow as you walk through the store and very unique pieces. I ended up picking up carved sandstone egg for my daughter.

My favorite Ellicottville shop!

Very different and cool little shop, it had a little bit of something for everyone. Some items I thought were a bit over priced, and the owner hovered a bit, but maybe she was trying to be helpful. I purchased a Buddha and my children each found items they liked. I wish the store had online purchasing as I would buy more

Average gift shop in a tourist town. Less busy in there off season, which is summer.

I've been here multiple times during every season of the year. Not once has an associate asked me if I needed any help. Recently went in, saw a piece of jewelry I wanted, tried finding someone to unlock the case and no one could be found (there was maybe 2 other people in the store, if that). Very frustrating.

Update: I've tried giving this shop multiple chances but today was the last straw. I went to the counter to cashout and handed my card over, the woman said I needed to enter my pin and I asked to just run it as credit and her response was "well when you run it as credit it costs us more". Are you kidding me? Who would ever say that to a customer especially when your prices are well over retail markup. This woman has never been kind to me any time I shop here and today was the final nail in the coffin.
