Super nice alternative to driving all the way to Tampa! Signs are small so, pay attention and veer left as you come in the driveway.

Decided to pick up our IKEA kitchen cabinets order here, instead of have it delivered and thrown done from a truck and dealing with impatient delivery team while checking all the millions of items in the order.
We didn’t regret our decision!
Pick up was fast, the employees here were beyond helpful and amazing, helping us checking and loading everything!

I ordered a piece of furniture that wasn't available at the Tampa IKEA at the distribution center. It was the same distance from my house. We showed up, greeted by security, directed to their loading area, and I didn't even have to get out of the car. It was a fantastic experience.

Easier than driving to Tampa, girl that loaded us out was awesome

IKEA's timeframes have been a little inconsistent in the covidtimes, but their customer service is world class. Their distribution is definitely working as hard as they can- home delivery is great, though. I have a vehicle big enough to just go to the store but the convenience for $50 is hard to beat.

The people at this center are so nice and hospitable. I've been there twice, and each time, it was a positive experience.

So this is how your distribution office works just throwing people stuff in the middle of a lobby after they were told by maintenance they weren't allowed to.

I ordered an item for pickup at a collection point near my home. It is my first time ordering online from IKEA. I must say I'm shocked at how poor the customer service and delivery experience is from a company of this size and age. My package not only did not arrive on time, but I also did not receive a FEDEX tracking number. First phone call to IKEA was told to wait for package. Second call they said I had to call FEDEX and track it. So it's the customer's responsibility to track the package IKEA shipped? Finally IKEA said they would call FEDEX, and that it was ready to be picked up (is it really there?). No email, nothing. I'm on my way to the pickup point so I hope it is there. IKEA you are failing with customer delivery and service: better study AMAZON.

My order has been sitting in this distribution center for over a month after they marked it as shipped and created the fed ex ticket. They have not handed it over to fed ex. Ikea customer service says they can’t do anything about it and I just have to wait for the distribution center to do their job.

If anyone is thinking about ordering from IKEA....don't. We've been waiting 2 months for our order and it hasn't even started being filled despite many items in stock in stores (even tampa). When I speak to their "top level US customer service agent" the answer I got as to why we can't even get a rough estimate was that "they don't have phones in sweden". Save yourself the headache.
