My sales rep LC is the best. I don't deal with customer service, I manage all things via my rep. No problems at all. If there are or were, it is resolved swiftly and appropriately.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL STAFF, QUALITY SELECTION. DON"T PAY ATTENTION TO THE FAKE REVIEWS AT 1 STAR NOT ONLY DO THESE PEOPLE NOT RUN SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSES THEY SOUND LIKE LIBERALS TRYING TO RUN GUN STORES.

They are very good, especially in these difficult times.

Worst supplier. Worst website. Worst stock. Pretty awful pricing. Pretty much useless.

Ordered one small, non serialized item on 6/16. Gave it a full 8 days before I tried reaching out to see what the delay was, never got a hold of anyone. Finally shipped on 6/28. Judging by the other reviewers, I’m scared to see what’s in the box.

Wont be ordering from this distributor again. Easily has the worst customer service I've seen as an FFL dealer. Took two weeks to ship an order with NO serialized items. Finally get the order and it's missing an item. Called multiple times, emailed multiple times, left multiple messages because no one answers the phone and have received ZERO responses. There are plenty of other distributors that will be happy to take my business.

I purchase from these folks only when I am forced to. They have the worst customer service ever. The worst sales associate I know of works here. What happens when I call and ask for help from a supervisor? I was told my account is small enough that it is a waste of time to help me. Very sad to see a culture where they only care about the largest customers. Medium sized customers are not getting larger buying from Crow.

Their dealer pricing on Browning BXD #6 shoot 16 gauge shells is only 20 cents less than the local Farm/Hone store. And I would still have shipping. I need to make something on my store sales????

Called today 10/7/2021 customer service answered. I was cheerful when he said may I help you and I said well I certainly hope so...he hung up on me. Now they wont answer my calls. I did business with Crow for a few years but closed my business a few years back.
I am reopening soon and wanted to reestablish my account. What a shame, I did try the numbers for my old sales associates but those numbers no longer work. I guess the reviews I read prior to posting this were valid.

I got through once. Several years ago. Never able to set up an order and now I can't get in.

Fail and extension enough and it will get you directed to someone. If they answer is a shot in the dark but it is slightly more likely than otherwise.

After ordering thousands of dollars worth of merchandise the point of contact, Patrick, was telephoned the day the shipment was to arrive. He said the shipment got held up in Atlanta and would be there the next day after lunch. Patrick then BLOCKED the number the customer called from and the shipment arrived 5 days later.

Find a new vendor, we did.

cant ever get anyone on the phone. have tried calling over 15 times always get sent to voice mail every time and never get a phone call back.
