Pablo's Coffee - Penn Street

I have been in this sweet coffee place several times; the coffee is so exceptional, that I even have beans at my house. I’ve been in when Davey and January are working and managing to serve seemingly ridiculous lines of people, and running the place professionally and with friendliness, they are kind and patient. They also make really great coffees! My favorite is an almond milk or oat milk latte with almond and cinnamon syrup, splash of each. It’s delicious. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes and it is worth the wait. They have good pastries and food here as well.
I love the atmosphere, and the plants and the artwork in this funky beautiful old building. Everything is clean and you see people really enjoying themselves sitting at the random chairs and tables or outside.

A super cute coffee shop! I'm so glad i decided to step out of my comfort zone and explored this cute coffee shop. They have such great and delicious coffee drinks! They also have baked goods to snack on. I also adore that there are so many plants in this building. It makes the atmosphere so comfortable and cozy.

Accidentally found this place, but the scones here were superior to most other scones with raspberry getting the nod over Blueberry. Coffee was good too.

Pablo's coffee on Pennsylvania Street Denver Colorado. Great nitro cold brew. Recommended to you. Great Staff. When you buy a coffee or iced coffee you get one free refill. Make sure you get it.

i come here every Monday to catch up on work. the coffee is great and the staff is wonderful and welcoming (especially the sweet young woman and the tall guy who i see almost every Monday here) this place has a very friendly staff and lovely plants hanging around the cafe. great vibes all around

We were walking during a snowstorm and found this cute coffee shop. This was one of the best cups of chai I've ever had, and the scones and croissants were delicious, too. Definitely go to Pablo's if you are in the area.

Really enjoyed this coffee shop! Pablo's Coffee has cool "River Eddy" feel despite being on such a busy street, a mellow atmosphere. I enjoyed my almond milk latte very much as well as a delightful slice of pumpkin bread. Saw people using the space for various reasons, studying, laptop work, catching up with folks as well as just hanging out. All around a cool cafe! The outdoor seating is just pick-nick tables and is partially fenced in. They do have a small parking lot and there is street parking. Since its so close to downtown parking can be a shot in the dark but hey this place could be worth your while.

Always love trying their single origin option. Go get a bag of the Congolese beans rn. Kendall, who works there, is also great and cares a lot about coffee.

Good tasting coffee, attentive staff, and a lot of plant decor! The comfy interior and relative availability for parking for the area would make it a great place to meet up with old friends or first dates.

I really enjoy their dirty chai and pastry selection. Be warned that they do not have wifi! However, my hotspot worked fine and it’s actually a really peaceful place to get some work done. They also have a good atmosphere with plants and local art.

We were visiting Denver and browsing through the downtown, want to have coffee and found this coffee shop, place was clean and well maintained with nice living plants gecors, delicious coffee ☕, by the way very clean bathroom.

Pablo's is my favorite roaster in Denver and this spot on Pennsylvania Street doesn't disappoint. It's a small, cozy atmosphere, especially compared to the location on 6th Avenue. There's also outside seating at this location.

The staff are always so nice and very quick whenever I visit! Their Chai is a little too spicy for my tastes but their coffee is amazing and I think this might be the best hot chocolate I've ever had

Shoutouts to Melissa and Joey(?) for excellent service and a quality product. I typically order a quad shot, oat milk, vanilla cappuccino from the neighborhood coffeeshops in the Cap Hill area and the cup of coffee from Pablo’s near the corner of Penn and 13th has been the all-around best and most affordable yet (saved at least $3-4 on a single cup compared to Starbucks). The atmosphere is chill and pleasant (AC is cool for hot days); I’d recommend it as a place for remote work if there’s free wifi (I didn’t verify this one).

If you’re on the hunt for whole beans, they have a large selection to choose from and the blend used in my cappuccino was strong, yet smooth and flavorful. The prices are pretty reasonable. There is even an aeropress kit (for making French press style coffee) on sale for a price less than Amazon and Walmart’s for the same product. Although this is part of a larger chain, don’t hesitate to support businesses other than Starbucks for your “morning joe” because you may be in for a pleasant surprise (taste buds and wallet).
