Forgot his name, whomever he was that took my order? He was great CS, gave welcoming verbiage and expression. However, when inarrives at the window, Lady at the window, she was very robotic and glazed over, and almost annoyed with the fact that I didn't notice the tip reference for tap. And she said it twice, but so low and almost inaudible, that I missed it both times. Maybe she was having a bad AM or not a morning person and didn't feel like faking perky. Regardless, my pups were happy with their cups and I still left $1tip, per the order taken at the board. My coffee was actually good. Could have been a touch of hot extra. But good. This will due until its back home.

After having visited Starbucks locations across the country, this one is a cut above. Clean and well lit lobby, a friendly staff that prepares my order with quick efficiency. Easy access to parking that is an issue at other locations. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I was visiting Ocala for the day and I was absolutely dying in the heat of the summer so I thought I would stop at Starbucks for a refreshing drink. This location was so quick, so kind, and so refreshing! I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade and it was just perfect! The staff was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

Danish was great, hot chi tea latte was fab, blonde coffee was great. Both drinks were made exactly how they were asked for. Prepared fast efficiently and with a smile.

My family's favorite spot! My service dog loves getting his pup cup every time we stop by. The employees here are so sweet and really make the visit even better!

We went through the drive thru. It was friendly and speedy and fixed a wonderful specialty order

They are always quick with order ahead drinks and food. Unfortunately the drive through is almost always closed in the afternoons which is very frustrating sometimes.

I highly suggest pumpkin chi iced latte something or another venti with expresso

This place is the best! They have great customer service and of course amazing drinks too. They also have a clearance basket that has some amazing items for amazing prices. Defiantly my go-to after a long day at school.

I would like to say this was a five star experience. Gabe is an asset to your company, he is kind and very helpful. He has good knowledge of the drinks. The location is very neat and tidy. My wait time was very minimal. Thank you for the awesome experience.

One of the best Starbucks ever!!! Many Starbucks that I go to don't shake my black ice tea with peach juice, but this store does it everytime!! The Store Manager is the best! She always is connecting with the customers to make sure everyone is having a great day! Gabby does an amazing job getting drinks out fast in drive thru during the afternoons! One of the shifts, Thomas, is an amazing guy. He always asks if you are having a good day. Definitely a busy time in the early morning, but really good coffee none the less. Another of the shifts, Sydney is really polite and fun to talk to, she always helps me out when I have a mistake with my drink or something else. This store is an amazing place and would definitely recommend to anyone!

They always get my order right and are super nice.

This store ALWAYS gets my mocha correct! And they are one of the few stores whom don't forget to put the whip on my drink as this is standard. Yet, some continually forget to add it if the sticker doesn't say it. So, I put "extra whip" to appear on the sticker, yet some still don't add it...lol

Great drive thru Starbucks, great drink options too cool us off. My baby girl has to have a cake pop she loves them things. She also gets a drink just like mommy.

Starbucks is Starbucks; really not my thing. I'm just not cool enough.
I met for a work meeting and my beverage was very good. Iced espresso w/ oatmilk (which is not really milk) and honey.
If I go back, I'll park a couple of blocks away or use the drive-thru.

Barista’s we’re VERY polite today! I love the way the handle the customer service! Drinks were made correctly and were delicious! I felt they were made carefully and with purpose.

This the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My husband and I stopped in with our parents for some early-afternoon coffee and treats. The staff were so patient and kind, not only to our party but to everyone they served. We left feeling just as energized by the positive energy as by the caffeine 😊.
