Steven did an amazing job with my upgrade. The entire staff was helpful, playful, and kind. Probably one of the best visits I've ever had to a cellphone store. I'm genuinely thankful for my experience.

Even left my charger there and they called me back to get it and brought it out to me. Even my neighbor had business to handle there and we both had transactions to make and we bothvagreed how easy they made things for our individual oredeals.

Oh my gosh! Everything about my experience here was AMAZING! I am in the process of moving out and in need of a new internet and cell plan. They helped set up my new phone and transfer all my data, photo, videos,etc... took a while, but they had a lot of patience . So happy-go-lucky now.

Customer Service at this branch is phenomenal. Staff greet you as you enter the door, reserving your place in the waiting list. In less than three minutes, Karla began assisting us. She displayed patience, professionalism, ability, and poise when assisting my octogenarian parents migrate their mobile phone service from AT&T to T-Mobile and transferring all their data from their old iPhone 6 to new ones. She calmly guided my parents through forgotten passwords, transferred their old phone numbers, affixed the screen guard and s=case protector, and guided them with navigating through the new features of the iPhone 11. She exceeded our expectations.

I was there earlier today and I had a very pleasant experience. Anthony was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. TMobile did real good in hiring Anthony. Will be going back to get my Husband on board with a new phone.

Praising Marie for her professionalism. Today was free blanket day. Blankets ran out pretty quick in the morning. It now near closing time and people are furious that there is no more blankets. As Marie helped me upgrade my phone, she received various angry walk-ins regarding the blankets. She was very professional with her responses to the snarky remarks the customers made. I commend anyone who doesn’t react to negative vibes and rude customers. Thank you Marie for upgrading my phone and realizing there is good people out there.

I came into T-mobile, and Anthony helped me out. Anthony did a very great job, he was polite, patient, and answered all of my questions in regards to my account/phones. Anthony made sure I understood everything in pure detail prior before I left. Great service! Thank you Anthony

I went to another tmobile store and left thoroughly threw with my carrier since 2005 went to best buy to check out phones and deals realized tmobile had a better deal. Went to a different store and was helped by Ronnie, I got a new phone a new plan and spent even less the my current plan. Mercy, the store manager, you have a gem in Ronnie.

Great Service the re we worked with (Priscilla) was the best. She help us port our numbers over from Verizon all with a smile.

The store was very clean an organized.

As usual they are amazing!! Alexa and Ronny are my favorite people to work with! They are honest, patient, very knowledgeable and always happy to help us with our long list of questions
