I do not have a password and want to communicate without one!!!!!

My husband has had his Clonazopam not ready for the last year!! He calls or tells them when it will be due to make sure they have it. Every 3 mths they have never had it!! They don't even offer just the amount until the they get it in stock!! Awful service.. we will be changing pharmacys as soon as he gets his RX.

I went to this Pharmacy to have 2 prescriptions transferred from my home pharmacy. They told me I would have to wait 48 to 72 hours. I said OK, I wasn't out yet. I went back after 72 hours and they only had one of my prescriptions, so I had them re-order the second one. I went back 3 days later and they had no record of my order. So after dropping the ball twice I said forget it, went somewhere else where they said that they could have it for me this afternoon.
Firstly, why 48 to 72 hours for generic prednisone and folic acid?? These are not narcotics. Why such poor service?? Secondly, after dropping the ball twice you would think they might apologize, but no, nothing of the sort. Furthermore it just seemed a bit disorganized observing what was going on in back. There were plenty of employees, but something was amiss organizationally. When it comes to dispensing drugs to folks it would seem that organization would be crucial.
So, having said all that DO NOT use this pharmacy, it is messed up.
