I’m just here for Fee! She was incredibly helpful. She even stayed later and waited for me and a friend, so that I could add stuff to my accounts. We traded in two devices, and opened a total of 4 lines today. She was very helpful and patient with us. If we are giving awards she is the MVP of this store! Her service and help was excellent!

Phillip set us up with 2 Galaxy S20 FE's, the whole experience was very transparent and he made sure to answer all of our questions, he even broke down our monthly bill with the two plan options we were considering. I went in to browse and Teal was who approached me, she was very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had, she helped me realize my situation and how I can fix it, sweet!
Whenever I've got a question I can't find an answer to on the app, you're my go-to.

Phillip was most helpful. He was very attentive our needs. He was also very pleasant. He made several suggestions, but never pressured and he gave us time to make decisions. We never felt hurried. Phillip is a great salesman. We say if you go to the Spider Drive AT&T store....ask for Phillip!

Ive had trouble at numerous AT&T stores in the past so i was weary about coming in person to the store but my experience at this specific location was beyond my expectations. Phil W. was such a big help to literally every single need i had and did so in a professional manner. Not only that but he did so quickly! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you were like me and felt uneasy about going into the actual store rather than online then fear no more. They take care of you here.

Hi, I recently purchased a phone at y’all’s store and I couldn’t help but to leave a review. I was greeted by Ms.Dawnisha and helped instantly until I found what I was looking for within my budget! She made me feel so comfortable and her customer service was great! I’m usually in the other stores for hours but thanks to Ms.Dawnisha she stayed with me the entire time until I found what I needed! She is a great person to have on the team and for that y’all gained a loyal customer!

The store associates were a great help the issues were with ATT customer service I was in the store over 2 hours trying to upgrade my phone. Issues still were not resolved the store associates tried several avenues but could not complete my upgrade. The store associates were awesome especially Phillip

Shirra was great assisting me with my upgrade. She was patient and kind with answering all of my questions. I noticed the other employees there greeting customers as they came in and helping them right away. Great team at this location.

Hello! I recently went into the A&T store interested in buying a new phone for myself. I was greeted with joyful employees, and was helped immediately. I asked to speak to the manager, Dawnisha, and was luckily helped with all the questions I need answered. The service was impeccable and I was in and out!

I had such a great experience! Dawnisha & the staff greeted me soon as I walked in with excitement. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal! Y’all are awesome!

The manager was super helpful & I learned immediately how to file a claim on my existing phone, after being told at another (non-corporate) store that my only option is to upgrade, which would have cost me nearly $1000.
The other worker who greeted me was also kind & helpful.

Phillip was super helpful on the phone and in the store. Picked out a new phone, transfered everything, and he applied my screen protector and case all within 20 minutes. Nothing was rushed just efficient and friendly.
