Quiet, clean, nice area. I decided to make a 711 run and treat myself to all of my favorite snacks and a few other essentials. It was nice shopping with not many people in the store. I appreciate customer service being patient as I had a lot of items! Sign up for the rewards of you stop here often. I could’ve had a free drink but decided to let the rewards accumulate.

Can't thank you enough for looking out for my lost son after his first day at school. I think he wants to come back and visit when he's not lost this time!

It’s as good as any 7-Eleven could ever hope to be. It’s always perfectly stocked, it’s never dirty, the line is never more than 3 customers deep… it’s almost unimprovable

I stopped by this location on Sunday, 11/12/2023 around 11:20AM. I went into the store to pick up some chocolate milk and lottery tickets. When I placed my basket (holding 8 chocolate milk) on the counter the lady behind the counter told me she can't ring them until I take them out of the basket. I thought it was a little rude, but just did it to keep things moving. The lady responded saying I must really like chocolate milk and I responded letting her know it was for my son. I rang out for the chocolate milk on my credit card and then I pulled out $20 and placed it on the counter and let her know that I wanted to purchase $10 worth of PowerBall tickets and $10 worth of MegaMillions tickets. She repeated back that these cost $2 per line and I wanted $10 on each. I agreed that's what I wanted. She came back with $20 worth of PowerBall tickets and $20 worth of MegaMillions tickets and that would be $40. I told her that's not what I ordered. She responded that she couldn't have anymore errors because "customers don't know how to properly ask for what they want." The other clerk behind the counter turned to her and said that I did ask for it properly and that she was wrong. She then turned to me and told me that she wasn't going to help me anymore and I needed to go to the self service since I didn't know how to order. What's worse is even when she said I was wrong she repeated again that I asked her for $10 at $2 per line for both tickets. I asked the other clerk (John) for a manager and he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't tell me. He did get the right tickets for me and rung me out. I take it from his reaction that she must be the manager. The entire time the lady kept saying that she's tired of customers coming in and not knowing how to order stuff. This was one the rudest cashiers I've ever dealt with. This person should not be in any customer service capacity as she doesn't have the temperament or ability to deal with customers. Reading previous reviews for this location seems like I'm not the first person to have this issue with this lady. I've filled a complaint online with 7/11, but as it looks from these reviews they don't do anything about poor management.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with an extremely rude female cashier who seemed to have a complete lack of patience and understanding. This individual went on a rant and repeatedly yelled and insisted that I communicate and talk clearer, as if I was intentionally trying to be unclear or difficult.

The cashier's insistence on berating me for my supposed lack of communication skills made the entire interaction uncomfortable and humiliating. I felt as though I was being judged, criticized and yelled at for no valid reason.

Instead of providing assistance or attempting to understand what I was saying, the cashier's focus was solely on pointing out what they perceived as deficiencies in my speech. This behavior was not only rude but also entirely unnecessary. I have never encountered such a condescending and patronizing attitude from a cashier before, and I was left feeling belittled and frustrated.

In a customer service role, it is expected that employees possess the patience and empathy to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. Unfortunately, this cashier fell far short of meeting these expectations. Rather than making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer, their behavior only served to create a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere.

I hope that the management takes this incident as an opportunity to provide appropriate training to their staff on how to handle customer interactions with respect and professionalism. No one should be made to feel inferior or inadequate by a cashier simply because of how they speak. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I will be cautious about returning to this establishment in the future.

Rude. Verbally abusive staff. A very lucky man working behind the counter released is abusive tirade on the right customer. If I'd been the wrong customer he would have needed assistance with just about everything. Forever.

The cashier doesn't know her job. You have a sign advertising .79c big gulps. I got a big gulp and a banana. I put my # in for regards and could save .78c. It came to 2.98witch us 2 for $1. I pointed it out and she made an excuse. She rang me up for a super big gulp witch us why it didn't give me the sale. It's false advertisement.

This location nickel and dimes you on everything. Want a cup of hot water for your ramen? You pay full price for a coffee. Want a bun for your Buffalo roller? That's a 75 cent upcharge. Literally no other locations do this.

Dude decided to wait until the person picking up a grub hub order was in the building to start getting it together. There were already 3-4 people in line. It took him 5 minutes to get the grub hub order together to the point more than 10 people were sitting in line waiting. How do you screw up working at a 711…
