Harris Teeter is so much better than Kroger. The products look better at HT. Kroger many times the net of products contain molded product. The HT store is more clean and light. BUT the best difference are the staff. First of all at Kroger the staff is not friendly ( there are exceptions) sometimes there is no staff at all f.i. at the seafood counter at Kroger.
And the speed of helping at the self check out...it takes forever at Kroger.
BUT there is also a negative side to Harris Teeter...their prices are ridiculous high.
A simple product as celery more then $ 2 pcs, apples , oranges to high priced.

Nice store, three other one across town seems a little easier to find items

This is my favorite Harris teeter because it’s bright, pretty clean, and has a nice atmosphere. There are plenty of employees on duty that want to help you. The customer service desk has a colorful background and is usually manned.

I love Harris Teeter. A little pricey but if you only purchase the on sale items, you can get some great deals.

Prime rib special on Thursday night, is awesome! 9.99 for steak potatoes veggies roll auju and horse radish. Such a good deal. So happy they opened!

Great staff and always helpful. Nicole in the deli is always a pleasure to deal with and Gail in the bakery goes above and beyond everytime I have a special request.

This is our go-to grocery store. They have pretty good quality food at reasonable prices and it is very clean in there. The staff is friendly and gets you out quickly. They are also very eager to help you find anything in the store that you cannot find on your own

I loved it. Always liked HT, but they have made huge improvements since Kroger bought them, one of the best features is that most of their prices were reduced. The next result is a high end, top service grocery store and shopping experience fr ver reasonable prices. I'd shop at HT exclusively if they had everything, but it's my home store and I go elsewhere only if they don't have something. Highly recommened.

"HAPPY HEART" Sushi plates ($13.99) had stale tuna sashimi. Was AWFUL.
H-T has a GREAT salad bar!!!

My last 4 visits to this H-T have been rewarded with friendly service and rapid checkouts. And this store is always clean.

Compared to the HT on Artic Ave, this one gets 10 stars. I now shop here instead of Artic Ave HT. This store is so much cleaner and organized. The only item that disappoints is the chocolate chip cookies, they’re over baked.

This Harris Teeter is one of the cleanest stores around, and they've been this way ALWAYS. Even before the COVID-19 hit. Great associates and great managers. Keep up the great JOB!!👍👍

This is a very nice grocery store, actually went here to get my covid-19 vaccine. I had to wait around so I browsed the store and they have good quality foods here. Clean, professional, atmosphere .

The soft opening was last night and I was nervous, I loved Farm Fresh so much and was worried that it would not live up to it. However Harris Teeter has really made this community complete again. It is by far the nicest out of any location I have ever seen!!! Now I am not saying that just because it's new and shiny, the reason was ALL the familiar faces in employee's and the customer's!!! it was like one big reunion and I felt welcomed and it felt like a part of my home. Moving on to what else might interest you, the store has alot of different items that I usually have to go around to a bunch of places or order it. International section, SO MANY NATURAL PRODUCTS which I can NEVER find in one place and now Harris Teeter save me ALOT of time. Their butcher will cut up meat that is already packaged (i.e. chicken wings!!) I really want to go on my excitement is never ending when it comes to this location, Store, products, options but most importantly of all THE STAFF!!!!! I thank you Harris Teeter for making a very smart business move and knowing you community!!! Cheers

Excellent presentation of produce, etc. Wider variety of products at the Great Neck store than other Harris Teeters...plus one of 2 in the area that has dry aged beef! I have to say I was impressed.

Was picking up some can goods for a food drive. They had a great selection for some great prices. My cashier Mary Kate was extremely friendly. Great visit.

Here at 9:42 at night, I Asked if I could by chance have a balloon blown up for my little girls birthday tomorrow.

I am so thankful for the amazing smiles and help from hello.

Needless to say I left with newly wrapped roses and alot more then one balloon.
