This is a great location at Great Neck Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, and the prices are competitive, so there are always some great deals. The grocery and the area are super clean and the working staff are super helpful and professional. A great place to get in and out with no hassle.

I recently moved back to this area after almost 10 years. This Food Lion was not very good when I last lived here. Now this Food Lion is fantastic. The store is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful.

The best Food Lion in the area. Clean, employee's are very helpful, have a really nice produce department. Beer is cold unlike other Food Lions.

Food lion on great neck road in Virginia Beach. This is my go to grocery store from here on out not only for the deals, but been here twice now and the employees are so nice and a true bright to the day. Food Lions are always clean, that includes the bathrooms. If you were to ever find a dirty toilet seat in a Food Lion bathroom, that would only mean that some very lazy, nasty, dirty and disrespectful person was responsible for doing it and he or she is probably nearby or on their way out of the store. This is by far the greatest food lion I have ever been to. They are always stocked. They have never ran out of my coffee creamer and that is absolutely important. They haven't ran out of anything else but coffee creamer is high on my personal list. They have great selections on everything and I love not having to go to a Walmart or some mega store to do my grocery shopping. I for one prefer the grocery store experience.

I have been shopping at Food Lion on Great Neck for over 30 years. I love that Food Lion shows you the unit price of items, so you can get the best value.
The staff is friendly and helpful and I like the most recent remodeling when Farm Fresh left.
Let's see if Harris Teeter causes any disruption.

I got direct service I was very happy when I came out of the store it was a excellent experience

I called the store to ask for two large sheet cakes for a July 4th party for our neighborhood. I gave them almost no directions other than I need to feed a lot of people and make it July 4th looking. In less than 24 hours they produced two beautiful looking cakes. The price was phenomenal, the service was exceptional, and the work was beautiful.

Kind managers and cashiers. Everyone who works there is nice. They are more than happy to help you from everything to finding an item on the shelves to creating beautiful fruit trays to assisting with the challenges of special needs individuals in the store. BRAVO!
