Walmart Supercenter

My wife and I stopped in for Thanksgiving supplies. We had 2 full carts and there were no registers open. Of course the ubiquitous self-service registers were open. A wonderful lady named Sue came to our aid and helped us checkout. She is the best. She went above and beyond to help.
We are very grateful.
We spent $556 and checked out around 9 pm on the 19th of November 2023.

Cleaner than most and the customers are less "entertaining" in the off season. Didn't have what we wanted. Love the fact that they actually have self check outs almost the entire length of the front end. I do like this location.

They always have good sales in the electronics department. Friendly staff the store was clean specially the restrooms ☺. I was so glad. Hate when I have to go in with a 5 yr old and see a messy dirty bathroom.. cute baby shoes I found for my baby

Before I head to Put-In-Bay, I would usually stop off at Kroger‘s to do my shopping, that was before I met Sandy at the Walmart in Port Clinton. This summer I had the delightful experience of interacting with Sandy, one of their exceptional cashier and have been a regular at the Walmart since then. Sandy’s dedication to her work is truly commendable, as every time I visit this location, she is always there, ready to assist customers with a smile.

I buy non-perishable items from Walmart online and then pick-up at the store. The team members are always great - personable and friendly. Orders are always ready on time and rarely is something not available.

For whatever reasons this Walmart is a lot nicer, cleaner with staff that are very pleasant to speak with. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes north from Fremont's Walmart to shop here. They seem to have a much better selection of items and everything is always in stock. Huge plus from the local Mart.

Very good experience here. Well light inside, very clean and friendly staff. Only complaint was when we left it was dark, and almost no parking lot lights were lit. Only 3 out of like 12 were on so very poor outside lighting. Other than that pretty good shopping experience, good job port Clinton.

I love the curbside pickup. So convenient.

I waited at the paint counter for about 20 minutes and didn't get any help. SO I wandered over to the knives counter, and asked a gentleman for help. He ran around for about 15 minutes trying to find someone (as he didn't know how to work the paint machine). He finally found a young lady who admitted she had only used the paint machine once, but she was going to try to help me if I could just be patient with her. The store was obviously very short staffed, but both of these employees were super courteous, continuously apologizing for the inconvenience. The gentleman then stayed with the young lady so they could both figure out and learn how to properly use the paint machine (which they did). They thanked ME for being patient with them. Despite incredibly low staffing, both of the team members were so polite, upbeat and helpful. Thank you to these two folks.

Always has what I need and I always catch great clearance prices on clothes that fit.

Super clean and well stocked (unless you go close to closing time)! Never have a problem with this Wal Mart unlike so many I go to. Love being on vacation and knowing that I can go to this walmart with no problems!

one of the best Walmart's I have ever been to, very clean, neat and amazing selection
