Owners are helpful, pleasant & engaging. Most smoke shops I have entered are full of MJ smoke due to the owners toking in the back room…this place is different; professional!! I go completely out of my way to do business here! Never disappointed!

My go to vape shop. So good I don’t even shop online anymore. Prices are fair, great selection, and an always friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent staff. All signs of a well run business who takes care of their employees.

Bought a new vap for $140 just over a month ago. The mod went out and they would not replace it. Tried to go through “Smok” and they said it could not be under warranty because they are not a registered seller and there was no QR code on the Mag18. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and friendly and walked me through the process and got me a copy of the receipt. He also gave me a elfbar to get me through until the new mag came.

Amazing customer service, huge vape variation. An employee named kareem advised me to change to another brand and it was truly a better one. Truthful store👍🏻

This place is AMAZING! Great selection and wonderful customer service, Moe is great, and the rest of the team as well, I apologize for not mentioning the names of the other guys, but they’re al super nice, kind, friendly and helpful! i drive from McKinney 20 mins just to come into this shop. The guy always remembers who we are.I always get this strawberry donut juice that i cant find anywhere else and i constantly break my glass tank to my vape and he always has the glass replacements!! i am not sure if he is the owner but definitely worth going the extra mile and his prices are reasonable!

Je Vape is always fully stocked with everything you could want, or need. They have an excellent reward system for regular customers, my husband has used it on multiple occasions to get free disposable vapes. Moe is always super friendly, and educated on what he sells. We’ve taken family members there when they visit from out of town for their vape needs. They only had great things to say!

Likely one of the fastest however most proficient visit i ever had with a vape shop. I was welcomed by Moe who was by himself at the store. I was at first needing a few Premium Juices and inquired what he had, he showed me what they had to offer and he too told me a few of his favorite juices. For a very efficient prices. Will be coming back for beyond any doubt at whatever point I require more juices, coils or anything.

I have been going to Je Vape for years now and am so happy they finally opened a location in Mckinney! Moe always gives the best recommendations of things to try if you tell him your preferences and will make sure your favorites are always in stock if you're a regular. Such quick and friendly service, I refuse to ever go anywhere else.

Love this shop been going here for a while now and there always stocked and have a great selection of delta 8 from 1,1.5,and even 2g carts. Not to mention the staff is amazing mo will always take care of you. I will stay coming here for years.

Best customer service abs very personable while doing it. Highly recommend coming here. Just opened and very clean and nice. Moe was taking care of us and we will certainly be coming back for more stuff. Has glass stuff as well and disposables! Very good experience!!!

I don’t wanna sounds like a record player here but this vape shop here is one that should be on you’re radar if you never been. Widest selection from disposables to coils, mods, ext. Moe was super cool helped me out with all the question i had and everything. Y’all go check this place out if you haven’t you won’t be disappointed!

This vape and smoke shop is amazing, i had no clue they were there and when i walked in the guy at the front welcomed me and helped me pick out the perfect fit for everything i was looking for. He took time to explain all the different flavors and differences, overall best combined smoke and vape shop with literally anything you could need!!
